Highly recommended and very efficient team.

Highly recommended, I have had the hyfrecator treatment for mole removal in various areas. Geri immediately made me feel at ease and has done a fantastic job with an efficient follow up appointment to make sure everything was ok. Healing can naturally take a bit of time following the procedure but this is a great alternative to cutting the moles out and leaving a scar, very reasonably priced too. I will be visiting again to explore other treatments.

Just come back from having treatments with Dr Sabika, what can I say but she’s the most down to earth, warm and understanding doctor. She doesn’t push treatments on you but listens to what you want and delivers it with professionalism .
The receptionist Lorraine is.very accommodating: I was cold despite the hot weather so she covered me with two blankets and put up the heating. She also makes a lovely cup of tea!
Overall the atmosphere is Harley Street standard.
I loved Dr Sabika’s attitude and perfectionism in her work so much , including Lorraine’s attitude and help that I am returning next month for a hydro facial.
I only discovered Skin Medical and Dr Sabika after seeing Saira Khan visit her and film her treatments on Instagram - so Thanks Saira🙏💖

Order placed 16/2 it’s now 27/2 and no sign of order confirmation email, or dispatch.. numerous emails sent to ‘customer service’ email with no reply, tried calling a number of times with no return call to my left voicemails!! They take your money and run. Do not buy, CON

This place is a fraud. Shilah overcharges people on a daily basis. She just makes the prices up as she goes along taking advantage of vulnerable people. She is dishonest and unprofessional. Knowing that you cannot trust her or her convenient influctuating prices, I do not recommend this person or her establishment.

A wonderful relaxing experience. My skin felt fabulous after. Leanne was super at her job and explained everything fully. Would definitely recommend Skin Medics 10/10

I would complain about the actual person that dealt with me if she had made the effort & manners to tell me her name. She did not. Her manner & body language before we even started was negative & obvious she didn't even want me in the building. Bearing in mind I was potentially going to spend approx £2k. Also before we even discussed vax / c19 test. Apparently one of her concerns was that inhaling my skin flakes could knock her bandy, kill her dead & was right up there with ebola. My concern was having someone with what appeared to be no medical knowledge whatsoever performing a medical procedure on me. I walked out never to go back again. Oh BTW bound to come back with the "protecting our staff, protecting our clients line". Probably should go to medical school if after nearly 2 yrs you are parrottng that. I could ignore it all if it were not for the fact that the attitude was on immediate contact even before the common introductions would have taken place. They did not & I still do not know her name. I ended up on better terms with the waitress that served my bottle of Prosecco at Slug & Lettuce

Always a great service at skin medical. Friendly and helpful personalised consultation with recommendations and options for the best outcomes. I have been using this clinic for the past 2 years and would recommend to anyone who is looking for this type of clinic in Manchester.

I had 6 tattoo removal sessions, progress stopped after 2, receptionist would still keep persuading to be patient and carry on even there was no difference whatsoever, the tattoo colour didn't fade. I didn't see results regardless. Today, for running 10 minutes late due to heavy traffic they decided to rather take the deposit and lose customer than wait extra 10 min. Oh well, it would have been a waste of money anyway and there are other salons in Manchester that provide this service.

Attended the clinic for Co2 laser treatment on a small area of scarring. I thought it was quite expensive for such a small area but was happy to pay it if it worked. I emailed the clinic after 6 months (this was the amount of time I was told to wait before making a judgement) to advise them I was a little disappointed and disheartened as I didn’t feel the treatment had made any difference. Expecting an invitation for a follow up appointment, I simply received an email back saying ‘if you can’t see any improvement there is no point considering another treatment’. I even sent them before and after photos which clearly showed no improvements. Terrible customer service and aftercare in my opinion. £350 for a procedure that took less than one minute and had no results. I’m writing this review now as I have since been for a similar treatment elsewhere where I have been much better looked after and have got the results I wanted.

I had (many) moles removed, over a period of time as it is quite expensive. But it is worth every penny! They have been removed painlessly and quickly. I found the staff to be helpful and professional and will definitely go back. Well done.

The only reason I'm even giving 2 stars is because how lovely the staff spoke to and treated me. However, despite the calm, reassuring manner they had and how everything was explained to me, the risk that is supposedly very low, happened to me & I had a really bad outcome. I only got to the laser hair removal patch test stage (a.k.a the assessment stage before treatments even begin), and the patch test went so wrong- it was extremely painful and it was immediately evident I had been burned, and yet the practitioner continued to test on different areas! Result - burns, and perhaps permanent discolouration. My advice to others- if you're anything other than porcelain fair, don't go here for laser hair removal treatments.

I have not had a procedure done with Skin Medical (purely because of my busy work schedule not matching available dates), but I wanted to write a review because the experience I had particularly with the consultation with Advanced Practioner nurse Helen was brilliant. When I made the appointment, I was told clearly that availability for Leeds appt's were fewer and far between so I did not mind waiting the few weeks to be seen. When I arrived, Helen was clear, straight talking but also friendly and approachable, and I felt that she had as much time as I needed to ask questions, and go through lots of information on the positive and negative effects of the procedure I was interested in. She is clearly very experienced in her field, and very reassuring that I would get the results I wanted without being unrealistic and pushy. I have seen a few companies for consultation, and Skin Medical were definitely the most efficient. I am disappointed that I cannot continue my journey with them, but this is down to my own commitments rather than any short falling with Skin Medical.
