Got all the Tirtir spring sale regime,delivery was on time.Packaging neat and all item has the seal.Really happy with the products.

Always fast delivery, good rewards system and a great range of products. When something was out of stock that I had ordered, Nick (customer support team) really kindly commincated this and added two free gifts to my order. Excellent customer service!

I often buy my Korean skincare from Skinsider as they have a good range of products with great prices. The customer care, specifically Nick, has been very helpful with one of my last purchase in which one of the products was no longer available. I didn't need to chase for refund or do anything.

Great customer service - my parcel was marked as delivered but actually left outside my building on the street and (probably) stolen. My order was replaced within 2 days and a few nice freebies added in. Thank you Nick!

Always know I have genuine products. Can get some good Deals and usually always have little sample packs. Which are really useful and actually help me choose my next products.

used to have deliveries within 48hrs but my last two experiences haven’t been great, missing parcel for weeks and very damaged package hanging on by a thread. I appreciate the help through customer service though.

I have ordered twice from this company, first time everything went smoothly and loved the products and prices were great. Second time, tracking was not updating so I contacted the support team and Nick informed me my order was lost and organised a replacement parcel for me including a small gift and £5 store credit for the inconvenience. Great customer service, thank you!
