The staff was super accomodating and sweet. I wasnt feeling well and they offered me apple juice and granola bars. Great service!

Ashly my aesthetician is very professional and very knowledgeable, nice. Place is clean. Staf very friendly. My only complaint is or suggestion : t should get some samples of products to take home as care for home. Dorota

I was in the Barrie location yesterday for Botox, Answered the questionnaire, paid up front, sat down in the chair ready to go, but we had to go thru nurse practitioner. Which I personally feel should be done before I walk into the procedure room and before paying!! She asked some question regarding a health issue And determined she wants Dr permission first, I appreciate that for sure, But don’t make me pay first. Then I find out They do not issue credits there, You have to email patient care. As of today still no response. I should not have to wait for my money, if they make the client pay after the procedure there would be no issues. Now I have to send emails and wait for my money. Not a good policy, Somethings not right here!!

I did my consultation at Skin Vitality Stoney Creek and got booked in for my facial at Burlington. Walked in skeptical like I always am - as a person of color I’ve had too many bad facial experiences where staff didn’t know how to treat melanin-rich skin.

Both locations were amazing. The staff was knowledgeable, used great equipment, and actually explained how to avoid irritation and hyperpigmentation for my skin type instead of giving generic advice. Felt heard and safe the whole time.

It’s been over a week and my skin is still glowing. This is by far the best facial I’ve had. Finally found a place I trust for my skin. Can’t wait to go back.

It was my very first time visiting Skin Vitality. I considered botox for a while for my glabella lines, however was hesitant as I was not sure what kind of side effects may be there. My consultant Eileen took her time explaining how subtle botox will help me achieve natural results and my botox injection was done by Nicole who was very caring and took her time with me. They both ensured that I had no anxiety going into the appointment. It is only few hours after my treatment, however I am really happy with my results and you would be in good hands if you consider botox or skin enhancement for yourself ! I highly recommend St.Catharines location. Thank you ladies !
