I have made several purchases from sko great products fast shipping. Had a question about an order they replied quickly and explained everything very detailed will definitely be purchasing from them again.

I was missing one product got a hold of customer service. The person I talked to did a great job got everything taken care of and you got a happy customer.

SKO-023563- SKO customer service sucks, you would think Billy or Hayden would have a phone number that works or have a voice mail. Don’t call the one on there web page- Google # fake. They lost my order and the only thing they can say to me is Ooops “ we will send it back out”. F… that they should have said we will over night it and here’s a discount code for your next order. The company is not well run nor is it very well organized. You lost my business.
—-Up-date to my post: I had the owner Billy reach out to me and personally apologized for any inconvenience . It was very refreshing to hear how passionate he was and how concerned he was to make things right with me. He went way above and beyond on what he had to do. I look forward being a customer and listening to Ethan do his lives. Billy thank you for your time, your integrity and how you handled this goes along way with me. Definitely a 5 STAR company everyone when an owner calls you and fixes the issue.

I originally had a 2 star review posted on here. I had a good experience until I ordered 600 dollars worth and 3 weeks later they still had not shown up or shipped. I contacted customer support and never heard anything back. That’s when I posted the 2 star review, about 2 days later I got a call from one of the owners of the company. He explained why the order had not shipped (product was sold out) and promised it would ship out that same day. They also reimbursed me by refunding the order and sending the order out anyways, they let me pick a research item to replace the sold out one as well. 3 days later and my order was here. Overall my trust in the company has been restored and I’ve continued to order and I’ve not had any issues since!

Usually decent shipping. This last time it took over a week to get my shipment. Customer service tried to correct with a 10% off next order. I already get a bigger discount as I use them frequently. I did me no good. Will still use them for a good product but only if I don’t need it right away, just in case.

Really solid products, and great customer service. Had been ordering from them a few times with great success, had an error with an order and their team responded immediately, it was remedied within 24 hours.
All their compounds are solid and come with codes to track the certification.

Not only was their sale amazing, their customer service is top notch. I ordered 2 vials during their 4th of July sale and I'm sure they were slammed with orders. Due to this I got 2 different vials than I ordered. When I contacted them right after I got my vials in the mail (2 days shipping), I emailed their support team and they quickly made it right with a discount on top. This is the type of customer service that we all want but usually never get. Amazing!!

They lost two of my orders that I made Father’s Day weekend. Customer service has been crap. Keep going back-and-forth . I mean, it shouldn’t be that hard to figure out. I never received a confirmation number that I given them bank statements to show that they withdraw from my account. They told me that they’re closing warehouse to move to a new warehouse and that was the problem still waiting paid $15 shipping on each order I should be compensated on that but I don’t hear anything about that.

I am not going to lie; I was a bit nervous ordering. But it went seamlessly and I am really happy I ordered. I will be a repeat buyer now that I know they are solid!
