Sko Compounds is a professional and prompt in their communication, customer interaction and quality of product. I have heard nothing but great things and to now experience it first hand is simply awesome.

An order of mine seemed to have got lost, due the their sheer amount of buisness and product shipping. I was worried about this so I contacted their customer support. I worked with a couple individuals, both awesome and prompt in their emails and very helpful. They took the time to manually fix my order and see to it that it got back on track. Highly recommend this company! Solid people at the Sko Family!

My experience in purchasing from sko has been nothing less than perfect. Everything shipped and arrived within two days. Customer service is very responsive and available to help answer any questions you may have I mean, they do everything they can to help you and I definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to get peptides or further than their education.

First of all I really appreciate Ethan and the knowledge he provides via his TikTok lives. The information is honestly so helpful and he always makes an effort to answer as many questions as possible. I think he's a great advocate for SKO Compounds!

Secondly, I am in New Zealand so I understand shipping will take a little longer however; I did receive the completely wrong order which I emailed the team straight away (with photos as proof). I had also sent a follow-up email and still, no reply.

I then went onto the website where I tried to enter the live chat multiple times and the message "Sorry looks like we've missed you. Please leave a message and we'll get back to you" kept appearing and wouldn't connect me to anyone.

In the end, I finally got through to a lovely lady named Jess. I explained everything that happened and she was more than happy to assist me and make things right. She was super helpful and said she'd generate a new order for me and put URGENT on it so that the warehouse can ship it out to me ASAP.
Although I haven't yet received the products, I'm confident that Jess will follow through. Jess also mentioned that she couldn't see any emails from me which was concerning because I had sent it 3 times. So this should be looked into.

Customer service via email started off good, then went downhill. Not sure what happened there either! In the end I'm glad I managed to get through to Jess otherwise my order never would have been sorted!

Now... quality of the product is awesome, I'm very happy with it. :)

I placed an order on a Friday evening. My order arrived the following Tuesday from CA to NY; fantastic.
There was a slight mix up with the order, which was quickly addressed and corrected by their amazing customer service. There is a reward program on the site too! I’m so happy with this company, HIGHLY recommend.
