I placed an order on a Friday evening. My order arrived the following Tuesday from CA to NY; fantastic.
There was a slight mix up with the order, which was quickly addressed and corrected by their amazing customer service. There is a reward program on the site too! I’m so happy with this company, HIGHLY recommend.

Honestly , the amount of care and service i received from this company is great. My orders indeed did leave in 24 hours and got to my home in 2 days , sometimes even one day.

I had picked a option where a product was out of stock and me order was delayed for a couple days, I reached out to customer service and they apologized for the delay and even re did my whole order , without cancelling my previous one. I don’t know any other company who does that.

Extremely Disappointed — Still Waiting for a Resolution After a Week and a Half

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. For approximately a week and a half, I have been going back and forth with them trying to resolve issues with my orders and obtain a refund, and what should have been a straightforward process has become unnecessarily complicated and frustrating.

I was originally told during a live interaction that my order had been packed that day. Then, nine days later, after multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact customer service, I was told that my order had not even been packed yet. This immediately caused me to lose confidence in the company and the handling of my order, so I requested a full refund.

Instead of simply refunding both orders to the debit card I originally used to make the purchases, I was then told that one order could be refunded to my card, while the other would need to be refunded through wire transfer, Zelle, or PayPal. I was even asked to provide banking information. I have never experienced such a bizarre and unnecessarily complicated refund process.

At this point, I have agreed to accept both refunds through PayPal simply because I want this matter resolved and my money returned without any further delays. However, I want to be very clear that I am extremely dissatisfied with how this entire situation has been handled from beginning to end.

The lack of communication, conflicting information about whether my order had actually been packed, the length of time spent going back and forth, and the unusual refund process have made this an incredibly frustrating experience.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience, and I sincerely hope they take responsibility and process my full refund immediately.

If you want, I can also make this more forceful and sharper for Trustpilot, while keeping it factual and credible.

placed my order on July 4th and, as of today, I still have not received it. This delay is especially frustrating because I am currently on a cycle and was relying on these items to arrive in a timely manner.

I wanted to give your company an opportunity, but my first experience has been disappointing due to the shipping delay. I understand that delays can happen, but I would appreciate some form of compensation for the inconvenience, or alternatively, a reimbursement if the order cannot be fulfilled promptly.
