I made an order it it seemed like an item was not on it at checkout but sent it through. Contacted them and they fixed it immediately before shipping. Great customer service by Lex! Have made multiple orders with them all great!! Amazing products also!!

DO NOT ORDER IF FROM CANADA ! Will not pass customs and costumer service “can’t do anything until they get the package back” (which can take over a month), and even then they are saying they will “see what they can do then”. Lost 400$ CAD. PROPER, REPUTABLE INTERNATIONAL SELLERS HAVE CLEAR CUSTOMS REFUSAL POLICY, which they do not.

Reached out to verify the checkout process went through, got an an answer almost instantly. Super attentive and fast shipping. 10/10

I ordered from them. It never showed up. They wouldn’t refund me. I have to get my cc company involved to go after my money. I commented on Ethan’s live explaining I wasn’t sent the product or money back. multiple people were also not sent the product and were commenting on the live. He was deflecting all these issues to customer service. There is no phone number to call them. My credit card company is getting my money back and reporting them to the authorities

Every time I reached out with updates, photos, or videos, they took the time to review everything carefully and kept communication open with me the whole way through.
