Good product. Started using it. Even though, I had faced issues in the system and delivery issues in Northern Ireland , team support has been exceptionally well.

Amazing product- encouraged me to drink much more water daily. I can’t imagine going back to tap water now!

Enjoyed the emails about making sure is settling well, still haven't tried the remineralised pouches but the water is definitely improved. Even making a bit of noise and the constant water removal from the waste tank so far we enjoy the device and their overall quality. Thank you, hopefully the device continues to work well

Just got my unit this morning. Very impressed. Set up was simple and the water tastes great. Might be an idea to tell people the mineral bottle tops are in the waste tank though. I emailed them to say they hadn’t come before I found them there! Very satisfied so far. Thanks.

Love it, can really notice the different taste in the water, wouldn’t go back to tap water. Def recommend

Love love love this machine! A long set up but fairly straight forward and once that’s done it’s really simple to use.
The starter pack is everything you need and more! Making my kids drink more which is fab. No more shit and no more plastics because prior to getting this machine we bought bottled water.

I love my filtered water all the family is happy with it. Only thing is the machine is self operating in some days what is frustrating been reported but noone looking at it properly and while its on warranty I believe it should get changed or serviced. Otherwise I am happy with my purchase.

Quality and taste of filtered water is amazing, it was a bit of a effort to setup but after initial setup it’s pretty easy to use.

Lovely top counter water filter , it does what it says and even more , I have already for 1y and I’m super happy with it , would recomand it .

Bought this 7 months ago and it worked great until recently it had a problem with the pump so I emailed them and they replaced the whole system. Really happy with my experience as they resolved my issue and sent the new one out quickly. I've tried other tabletop filters and none come close. Best in the game

Honestly the best decision we ever made as a family and now could never live without our skuma!! Also their mineral boost packs are great and really helps us make sure we get all the minerals we need from our water.
