I bought the Sküma water machine because I wanted to stop relying on bottled water, and so far I’m really pleased with my decision.

The biggest thing for me is the taste of the water. It tastes fresh, clean and smooth, and I genuinely enjoy drinking it. In fact, I prefer the taste to a lot of bottled water I’ve tried. The fact that the system filters the water and then adds minerals back in makes a noticeable difference to the taste.

I also really like the quality and choice of materials used in the machine. It feels well designed and much more premium than a typical water filter. It looks good on the kitchen worktop too, which is important when you’re going to use something every day.

For me, the biggest benefit is the convenience. I now have great-tasting drinking water available at home without having to buy, carry and store bottles of water. It also means far less plastic waste.

Overall, I’m very happy with the Sküma. If you’re looking for a way to replace bottled water while still having water that tastes really good, I would definitely recommend giving it a serious look.

I wouldn’t be without my skuma now I used to only have bottled water but never felt fully hydrated now with the mineral booster and how pure and fresh the water is from the machine it’s second to none and I can’t drink anything else or my children everyone loves it so much!

Have only had the Skuma for 24 hours but can say for sure that I won’t be going back to tap water or the expense of bottled water. This tastes great. Have so far only used the alkaline remineralisation but sure the other profiles are great too. Worth every penny.

Machine arrived today. Very quick delivery. Boxed beautifully and so far Sküma have been an absolute pleasure to deal with via email. I wanted to amend my package and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Can’t wait to get it set up and working and will do a follow up review then.

I’ve been using Skuma water for a couple of years now and it makes water taste great. No more buying endless bottles of water and use your own tap water with any waste water to water your plants.

Best purchase I’ve made this year. It’s already paid for itself with the amount I was spending on bottled and then on other unfit for purpose tap filters. Big fan, and the different choices of mineralisation available also a bonus.

Easy to set up, great bit of kit.looking forward to ditching the nasty tap water.

Awful product and service.
Tried 2 different machines both the hot water just spits out at you everywhere and water trickles out. Customer service so bad that my partner ended up talking to the CEO himself to talk him through resetting the machine. First call Scheduled for 5pm….never came apparently too busy. Then the next day spoke with him, send out new machine….still awful ended up sending it back.. was promised refund in 30 days….. 30+ days still waiting for refund.

I've been with the Sküma Revolution from the very beginning. Like any new product, it's had a few issues along the way, but every one has been sorted out quickly. More recently, Rohit has gone above and beyond with his support, which has made a real difference.
I'm really excited to try the new rehydration pods, as I've only used the original glass tube versions so far.
The filter itself is excellent. The water tastes fresh, clean, and genuinely enjoyable to drink. Every now and then I'm amazed by how much the filter removes from the water—it really makes you think about what we're getting through our taps.
It's been great to see the product continue to evolve, and I'm looking forward to seeing what comes next. If you're considering a premium water filtration system, Sküma is definitely worth a look.

I like the design, I like the simplicity and the multiple uses (hot/ cold), I found the set-up process easy. It's the best all-rounder for what we need in our household. Historically we drink bottled water, I spent years carrying bottles from the supermarket home. I'm glad I don't have to do that anymore!

Honestly didn't expect to rate this as much as I do. The water just tastes better, I've tried a fair few filters and nothing comes close. The instant hot water ended up being the sleeper feature, kettle's gone. Weirdest part is tap water actually smells rank to me now, that's how quickly you get used to it.
I tested it with a TDS meter out of curiosity. Tap came in at 105ppm, straight out the Skuma was 2ppm, and with the minerals added back it sat at 95ppm. So it's stripping everything out and replacing it with the good stuff rather than just leaving you with dead water. Can't fault it.

Great water filter, been using for a year now & I couldn’t be without it!

It is really not straightforward to set up but once it’s up and running it’s brilliant. Customer service are super responsive too. Great company to deal with!

Great tasting clean water also making better tea and coffee. Having clean water also has health benefits.

The water filter stopped working completely, and after a long and aggrevating back and forth email chain, I have realised they completely forget all past emails, meaning I have to re-explain the entire issue from the start of the 20+long email chain every time. Possibly automatic AI responses too, as they aren't getting me any closer to fixing the filter. Terrible.

Last year, my Skuma filter stopped working, despite the proper maintenance and cleaning on my end. After some not-so-great customer service (it really felt like I was just talking to a repetitive A.I. bot, but they've denied it was A.I.), they did kindly offer to replace it. The unit was replaced and I purchased some new add-ons (specifically, a new super filter).

This new replacement Skuma filter unit also stopped working properly, and I wasn't able to use any of the additional materials I'd purchased for it. After some repetitive emails that did nothing to help with solutions, I gave up and declined their offer for yet another replacement unit (as the last replacement process had been a hassle already).

Skuma then offered to refund the latest faulty product. After some pretty atrocious communication, they finally understood that I wasn't able to physically return the package (due a to a back injury) and had arranged a home collection. This home collection took three separate attempts due to miscommunication and poor management on Skuma's end. This meant I had to take two days off work for nothing. The loss in money I endured by skipping work (and buying packaging for the return of the kit itself) ended up meaning the entire endeavour of returning the kit actually cost me more money than if I had done nothing at all.

On top of this, they didn't refund the additional super filter I'd purchased, despite making it seem like they were going to cover all the lost costs. In earlier emails, they made it seem like they would cover all the costs. Sneaky wording on their behalf got them out of that one, sadly. I never got to use their new super filter, so that was just another £40 down the drain for me.

In my prolonged bad experience, Skuma has either been bad with customer service or doing it on purpose, and both are not reassuring from a customer standpoint. The time and money this return has cost me is a greater loss than if I just did nothing at all. On top of all this clumsy communication and delay, they never ever confirmed what wasn't work with the water filter.

They only even bothered to try arrange for this refund so that I'd update my review. So here it is. Faulty product, waste of time and money, atrocious customer service and nothing I can do about it. On top of all that, it took longer than the maximum amount of time they said it would take to do.

Genuinely a devastating experience.

I ordered my filter and was immediately kept updated on the progress. The delivery was fast and item arrived well packaged. Everything was present and item easy to assemble in minutes. I followed the easy instructions and very pleased with the quality of the item. I would buy again. Thank you

Have had the Skuma for about 12 months now. And it is used every single day. Water has never tasted so good. One downside is i've now turned into a water snob and can't drink tap water.
