27 year VIP customer! Treated like crap. Had 3 mobiles for years and decided to change one to a competitor at a quarter of the price and 4 times the allowance. They stopped access to my account and withheld my piggy bank. Unbelievable! Shut account completely now. Saved a Fortune. Indian call centre a complete Joke. Can’t wait till my Tv and Broadband contracts are up so I can leave those aswell and give my £180 per month to another supplier.

Sky has been the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. It took them eight weeks just to acknowledge my bankruptcy and zero the account — nearly six years after the bankruptcy originally happened. Even after finally accepting it, they still refuse to correct the default date on my credit file that they added 3 years later after my bankruptcy.
What makes it even more frustrating is the communication. I received emails saying they had “tried to contact me,” yet I never had a single missed call, voicemail, or message from them. Not once. No letters either. For years, nothing — and then suddenly a default appears long after the bankruptcy should have cleared everything.
They now claim they “weren’t told” about the bankruptcy, even though every other creditor received the same information and updated their records correctly. I’ve explained it over phone calls, emails, and messages, sent them my official bankruptcy paper work but it feels like they don’t understand what I’m saying or how credit reporting even works.
The lack of communication, understanding, and accountability has caused unnecessary damage to my credit. Truly the most frustrating company I’ve ever dealt with.

Google Pixel 9Pro - Rubbish Product bough from Sky
In Feb 2025 bought a Google Pixel 9Pro and have had nothing but trouble from it from then on. We have repeatedly asked for a label to return it under warranty. Each time we are promised said label would be sent, but never arrives, despite checking the correctness of the address. Every request has been ignored. Finding myself at a complete loss to get the desired attention, I stopped paying monthly, but only got payment reminders. Still no service ! I now assert that the wretched phone was never suitable to be fit for sale, and demand a full refund for payments made. What a terrible company to deal with ! Please be duly warned if you are contemplating a similar product, or indeed anything else from Sky Mobile.
