Choosing Skynet Dedicated Server USA Plan was seriously the best decision ever for us! We've been cruising with it since August 2022, and honestly, the performance has been nothing short of outstanding. This server is super fast, which is amazing, and it handles all our traffic spikes like a total pro, seriously, no sweat at all. And the uptime? Absolutely flawless. But what really blows us away is their customer support. They're not just quick and friendly, they genuinely go the extra mile specially Chris and Matt. They even helped us tweak some advanced settings to get even more awesome performance out of our server. Talk about dedication! Moving over from Bluehost was hands down the best move we could've made. Skynet is way more powerful, surprisingly affordable, and we just feel completely secure with them. The good thing is the have 24h tech…
The good thing is the have 24h tech support by chat. This is also polite
The bad thing is I have a hosting issue they "fixed" unlimited times over 2 years by chat or tickets and is never fixed while every single time is promised to have been fixed.
There is a limit to everything.
Every month I loose time chatting about it and I cant do my job as I cant login and you should have the capacity to really fix it.
This unfortunately I had to do so as you take the client seriously.
Please also check how many times I mentioned it before posting anything here and I do during the time I m wating for one more time the same fix ..
