Extremely honest company. Mr. Krayem came to our home to address a small void under a patio slab that developed due to erosion. Mr. Krayem tested the soil around the void and advised us that this didn't rise to the level of any type of remediation other than packing the small void with soil and following through on our plans to have gutters and a linear drain installed. Three other companies quoted us between $8,000 and $2,000. He took the time to explain all aspects of monitoring Florida slabs and what to look for in the future that would require professional attention. All at no cost. Highly recommend and will only use this company in the future.

Several years ago I had Slab Fix / Yasser Krayem stabilize the soil and fill voids in my seawall. I am happy to report that 2 1/2 years later the workmanship is still holding up. It's been through several king tides and storm surges with no issues. Yasser gave the least expensive quote out of three companies and actually came in under the quote saving me more money. He is a man of his word, punctual and hard working. I highly recommend his company. A very happy customer in Palm Coast Florida!

My driveway was cracking and falling apart. The soil under the slabs had been eroding., thus there was no support under the slabs and that led to the cracking. Slabfix did a wonderful job of filling the void under the concrete and then leveling the pieces back together. They did not stop until all the cracks were taken care of. My driveway will easily last for many years forward. Also if there is a problem the technicians will return. That was the case with one of the slabs. It needed more filling. The crew returned with no further expense incurred. The people are friendly and most helpful They saved my driveway at one third the price of having it replaced. We recommend them to anyone with concrete problems around their home. Easy five stars for them.

We had Slab-Fix lift a whole section of cement next to our pool. This section had sloped away from the rest of the pool deck which created a 1/2-1 inch gap between the sections. The slab was raised properly but Slab-Fix didn’t do anything to fill in the gap. I was disappointed that this job was left up to me when I was under the impression that this too was part of their job.

Great job. He even came back for a top up.

YASSER and his teammate came and fixed my driveway even though it was raining and a little bit chilly ( Feb ). Fractured line is still visible but I guess not much could have been done about it.
Overall I was happy with the job they had done and surely very thankful.

The finished product unfortunately is unslightly and some of the foam ended up in the grass and dripped down the edge of my driveway and you can see the gaps where foam is missing and sunk into the cracks along my driveway. I am giving two stars because they answered my phone calls and sent someone out again and they were friendly and tried to fix it and the lifted concrete is now more level but the end result looks messy and it was so expensive.

A section of my lanai patio needed to be raised. Slab fix gave a very reasonable price, were able to place me on their calendar quickly, arrived as promised and did an excellent job. I will definitely use slab fix again if I ever need any more concrete raised with foam.

We contacted SlabFix nearly a year ago about the small slab under the pool motor/filter/ etc. which was sinking. They were quick to come to the house and give us a written estimate. Last month, the company we hired to resurface the pool was able to start work sooner than expected, so we contacted SlabFix again about the sinking slab. They accommodated us in a timely manner, I believe even rearranging some of their schedule so our work could be done at the same time the filter and motor were not in use. The office staff and the guys that came to the house were very polite and professional. There’s is the kind of service a homeowner hopes not to need, but if we need slab work in the future, we’ll certainly call SlabFix.

Very polite and professional. Hard working. What he did helped a lot, but it did not completely fix the issue. Not his fault. More needed to be done with the plumbing hook ups and the lawn landscaping. It looks 90% better, so I am glad we got it done. I would recommend him to anyone.

My driveway had many areas that needed attention. Slabfix addressed all of these areas. The job was very time consuming but the team patiently worked on each area and the results were better than I expected. I would highly recommend Slabfix.
