NHS case
I faced a medical ordeal a few years ago, and was treated quite appallingly by local “specialists” within the NHS. After suffering lasting effects from lack of treatment I turned to Slater and Gordon so that the culprits could face some culpability. While my case changed hands a few times, I was always informed of what was going on, and encouraged to ask questions about my case. From start to finish the entire team were polite, professional informative and sympathetic to my case. Would absolutely recommend the team in Cardiff. Wallis was absolutely brilliant, and I can’t thank them all enough.

Nayo Kirkpatrick has been outstanding throughout his part of a 9 year claim against a former employer. His advice, and timeliness actually meant I received almost double the original financial offer. Polite, professional, I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

Kayleigh was brilliant at handling my injury claim
After I was injured in a car accident, I completed some information online to start my claim against the other driver with Slater and Gordon. I was then passed to someone to take more details. Once they take on your claim you are passed to a different department. After this I was allocated Kayleigh as my solicitor for my claim. Kayleigh was warm and friendly and always kept me informed as my claim progressed, and she was always quick to respond to any questions I had. She would take the time to call and talk me through any new development. She was also extremely helpful when I had a lot of questions when I received an offer from the Defendant's solicitors and was unsure what to do. I would highly recommend using Kayleigh and Slater and Gordon if you have an injury claim.

I engaged with Slater & Gordon atter experiencing an accident. Hayley Lyn Jones was assigned to be my case handler and was brilliant to work with.
