My son purchased a suit at the end of…
My son purchased a suit at the end of August from Slater in Cheltenham, and wore it no more than three times before the stitching around the waist of the trousers came undone. Very disappointed with such a poor quality item. The manager also argued with me about issuing a refund, and would not process it. Will not be returning!

I thought my parcel had not been delivered, but it had , company went above & beyond for replacement shoes until shoes eventually arrived from my neighbour who took them in because it was raining.

Excellent service from Slaters…
Excellent service from Slaters Edinburgh. Went in the morning at 08:30 and walked out at 09:30 with new suit and shirt. The 30 minutes after fitting were for the trousers to have hem done. Kyle has the skill set to look at someone and know what size fits.

When I tried them on they were too short, and they are lengthening them at no charge.
