Ordered shoes
Ordered shoes. Sent with DPD courier. Same day they were due to be delivered they were returned to sender - no idea why, no failed delivery, no communication.
Contacted Slaters via customer support asking if they would he returned to store and if could collect them. No response to this date from customer support with this query and highlighting this issue.
Then get an automatic email it had been refunded EXCLUDING the delivery fee. While it is only £3.95 - it is still my £3.95 for a failed service by both slaters and DPD.
