Cannot comment on workmanship but vertically impossible to get these guys round to even quote. Not the best first impression.

Andy from Sliding Sash Solutions did such a fantastic job on my original sash windows. He even replaced some broken panes and now the windows open and close perfectly!
He went over and beyond and all for a reasonable price.
Will definitely recommend... in fact I already have.

Sam and his team did a great job of restoring our sash windows. Kept us updated, was really efficient and the windows are in great shape now. They made sure everything was protected and was spotless after too. I highly recommend.

Excellent service. On time; clean; efficient and quick. I was particularly struck by the fact they had their own industrial hoover. We got three wonderful bay windows that fit snugly and look great. Superb.

Sam has worked with us over the past few months. He repaired and weather-proofed several sash windows and he built two new sash windows for our living room. The new windows were installed a few days ago and we still are amazed at the change it has made for our flat. I can't recommend Sam highly enough - he made the entire process seamless.

Can’t recommend Sam more highly, the new sashes have made a great improvement to noise, warmth and aesthetics. Very tidy and professional workmanship too, with any problem found quickly remedied.

Dermot has recently refurbished 7 of my sash windows as well as some smaller windows. He takes a lot of pride in his work and that results in the quality of the service he provides. I'm extremely satisfied with the work he has carried out and would highly recommend him.

A really good job all round. Dermot takes great pride in his work and the result reflects his diligence and craftsmanship. Our windows were not an easy task but he explained everything to us and advised the best course of action. The difference has been well worth the money.

Sam did a fantastic job replacing and draught proofing a number of windows on my Georgian grade 2* listed house. Given the age and quirkiness of my house it wasn't a standard fit but Sam managed to install the windows beautifully. The windows look stunning and I couldn't be more pleased. I thoroughly recommend Sam, his standard of work and attention to detail is outstanding and I will be replacing more windows with him in the future.

Sliding Sash Solutions have just refurbished our very large Victorian sash windows and have done a great job. We were delighted with all aspects of the work and are so pleased we chose this local firm: communication was excellent from start to finish, the job was carried out on time with minimal disruption, and the end result has exceeded our expectations. Our new double glazed panels match the original ones perfectly. I wholeheartedly recommend this excellent local company.

Sliding Sash Solutions did some work for me after a flyer was placed through my door - replacing the sashes in a wooden sash window (and also to fit a new mortice lock to a front door). From start to finish I dealt directly with Sam Warne who was excellent in terms of delivering on promises, being clear about timelines, responsiveness and, above all, quality of the work itself. I had received several quotes to replace the whole window (frame and sashes) either in PVC (cheap but we preferred wood) or wood (very expensive to replace whole unit/sashes etc). Since only the sashes needed replacing (one being rotten) the Sliding Sash Solutions approach to replace the sashes only was ideal and much more economical. The job took about a day, with everything painted, weights and cords replaced and new double glazed units to replace the single glazed ones. I am very happy with the result and the price to me seemed right considering the quality of the materials and workmanship.
