Been eyeing these red frames for awhile and finally got them, as described, shipping on time and so far not a bad experience. This is my 6th order from this company and so far all my glasses have held up.

Glasses overall are great. Customer service is not responsive. I sent 2 emails regarding glasses and no response.

I ordered my glasses almost a month ago. I was tracking them and they failed to be delivered due to “incomplete receivers address” I have reached out to SLLAC multiple times via the email they provide on the website with no response. The only emails I get from them is spam. I am unable to contact the delivery service to try and clear things up because I don’t know what delivery service is trying to deliver. The phone number for the service department is a joke. No one answers and they say leave a message and they will get back to you. This is not the case. I’m starting to wonder if I got scammed out of my money by ordering glasses through them. As of right now I would highly suggest going through a different company.

Getting good glasses for the right price was very good. The worst thing about the experience was the time it takes to get the glasses! Also when I attempted to contact your help desk I got no response. I am on my third attempt and still nothing, I can only surmise that your customer service is very lacking.

I emailed your service dept requesting a return for exchange within the 14 day policy on Apr. 1 still have no response on how to make the return and an authorization. There's no phone number to call. My glasses have a scratch

I am seriously disappointed in this service and website. I ordered a pair of glasses on 24th February, a few days later, I got an email stating that the frames I'd ordered was out of stock and that I needed to choose an alternative colour or a new frame. I didn't particularly like the other colour but I couldn't imagine going through the process of looking at frame sizes etc again so I went with the alternative colour. You'd think that after such a hiccup, they'd use express shipping or faster processing to get me the glasses on the same time frame right... wrong?! Well on the 13th of March the updates on shipment stopped. It doesn't say delivered or anything, they just stopped. I reached out to the company who asked me to be patient for a little while, so I have. Today, 31st March, still no update and no glasses being delivered. Now I live in the Caribbean so these glasses still have to be shipped from the US delivery address to me and it's been a month. At least customer service responds to emails but I'm super disappointed. I just want my money back at this point.

Took 4 weeks for 1st but I got rimless progressive transition heart shape. I love em. 2nd order of three pair without extras shipped after 6 days. I like them. Way cheaper than buying at store in the US. Worth the wait.w

I received my glasses within 14 days. They arrived yesterday and the quality is unbelievable. They look and feel great. My roommate paid over $300 for his glasses and mine from SLLAC are 100xs more attractive and the quality is unbeatable. Thank you !!!!

Absolutely love my progressive transitions glasses. I bought some from America's Best $500 and hated the transitions. I only paid $100 plus I got a small screw drive, screws and nose replacements.

It was easy to order my New Glasses. The prices are very affordable depending on your needs. I look great in my new eyeglasses!

Awful.... if I had a. Option for no stars that would be it. I ordered a month ago. Now says it delivered to my post office an then says it's failed to deliver. I called my post office an they haven't received it. There is no number to call sllac for costumer service. Save your self time an money, don't order from this joke of a comany....

I was prescribed glasses for the first time in October 2021 and I got some through my eye doctor but wanted a second pair just in case I lost the others or forgot them at home. It was really easy to order from their website and they had a great deal so I saved a ton of money. I think I spent less than $20! They had a great promotion going on at the time. The glasses came fairly quickly and are extremely well made. I'm very happy with my purchase and will be ordering more soon!

I made contact With Sllac regarding my purchase. The responses are made within seconds. I was sad that my i£didnt have my glasses for
my birthday. They apologized and refunded my shipping and handling. Received my glasses. I am happy.
