Wrong prescription on one side of the…

Wrong prescription on one side of the lens, did not include transitions as ordered. I could not see on my left eye the prescription was off, disappointing and went round and round with the seller who was the middle man. The product was from China which took forever to arrive.

The original prescription you sent us shows that you filled the prescription incorrectly when you ordered it. When you said you had trouble seeing on one side of the lens, our customer service asked you to send the original prescription for confirmation, and you did not cooperate, so we repeatedly communicated with you in between. The degree of discoloration of lenses is related to the intensity of UV rays received, and we requested you to send a photo of your glasses indoors and outdoors to prove that they are not discolored, and you did not cooperate. You can see the details of the production time and shipping time on our website.
Our customer service is the company's direct customer service, not a middleman, the manufacturer and the company are one.

I would have preferred to know that…

I would have preferred to know that your eyewear comes from China. The shipping took a while because of coming from China. The bifocal prescription is not correct but I have another pair of glasses. The frames are smaller than the ones in virtual try on. I would have preferred a larger pair. I do love the shape and color.

Ordered twice, didn’t receive any, and refund is still a struggle

Orderd twice, but never received any of my orders. I had to resolve to smear campaign to get one of those refunded because they were very nonchalant and wouldn’t take “2 missing orders” seriously, still 3 months after I’m still trying to get the 2nd refund.

So beware before you shop.

Your first order was dispatched by UPS and the address was incorrectly filled in causing UPS to fail to deliver. We recommend that you contact your local UPS to change the address and we have contacted UPS to change the address for you for redelivery. Your parcel is now at your local post office and you can pick it up there. The second order was placed at a different address to the first and we subsequently found that the postcode in your address was incorrect. UPS still failed to deliver.

We have refunded you for both orders. We apologise that we were unable to provide you with a satisfying service. We recommend that you recheck that your address details are correct next time you place an order to avoid this happening again.

My glasses seemed to get lost for quite a while and only after I sent an email did I get an update. That said at least I got a fairly prompt response.

Poor quality and they deny it

EDIT: My prescription showed a different strength for the left and the right eyes. It was not a single prescription. The fact that you don’t recognize that shows your incompetence.

I ordered 2 pair of glasses with progressive lenses. After wearing them for just over a week, I was found I was having a really hard time adjusting to the new prescription. I found that I couldn’t see clearly down the grocery aisle. I contacted customer service to return them. They offered me 50% return after deducting shipping fees. They suggested I check the new prescription with my doctor, so I did. The doctor determined that the lenses, which have different prescriptions, are reversed in the frames- right Rx is in left side, left Rx is in right side - and the strength is a little off. I contacted customer service again and they denied any responsibility. They claim to have 3 quality checks and it must be miscommunication from me. They offered a store credit minus the shipping fees so I can reorder. They aren’t getting anymore of my money. I can’t use the glasses because of the wrong prescription and they refuse to admit their error and correct it without a financial charge to me. It’s very disappointing because I’ve ordered here in the past and have been wearing the glasses since 2019. Because of this experience, I will advise others against using this company.

If you have worn your previous prescription without much problem, we recommend that you can continue to use your previous prescription. Alternatively you will need to consult with your doctor about this. We cannot refund or exchange the full amount for non-quality issues.

We first went and confirmed with the factory the internal records of the lens order at the time and the lens prescription was fine. Even if the lenses are reversed, the doctor's measurements you provided are for a single prescription, and most of the values are quite different. It is very unlikely that both pairs of glasses will be fitted reversed and we measure each pair of glasses 3 times at the factory. So there must be some kind of misunderstanding here. We can do the return process for you on our end, shipping costs are not refunded and the rest will be refunded to your shop balance for re-ordering. Your own initiative to re-purchase is in our conversation log, so we treated as an exchange.

For exchanges, refunds will be returned to your store credit for you to order again. Shipping costs are non-refundable per our return policy. Please notify us after the return tracking has started to update and the refund will be issued within 12 hours. ​
The refund will be $125.80-$5.95-$3.8 =$116.05

If you do not want to exchange the goods and would like a straight refund, we can continue to negotiate.

Our customer service will reach you see what happend. As discoloured lenses are special lenses, some customers may encounter your situation after receiving them. In fact, the discolouration of tinted lenses is related to the intensity of the UV rays they are exposed to. If you are not satisfied with our products, we can do an exchange for you.

Cute glasses!

My glasses arrived nearly four weeks after ordering. Due to my own fault I did not check the tracking option. To get info on the shipping status I called, but never got a call back and my first email went unanswered, the second one gave me the info I wanted (sort of). Be careful to "uncheck" any additions you don't want. I got one I didn't want (phone call was immediately after ordering as I wanted to correct this right away, but since the call was not returned, I ended up paying an additional $4.95. It's not a big deal. Overall I am very happy with the glasses and would order from them again, but I'd be more careful.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service! My original order was lost in the mail. I tracked it to jfk but it sat there for 3 weeks. Upon contacting the company they immediately replaced my glassed. Unfortunately when I received the glassed I wasn't really happy with the fraim. I was able to return glasses and ordered a new pair. Whole process was super easy.

glasses got delivered in good time. frames are great, super stylish AND a great price! only thing is, you dont get shipment confirmation via email. you had to check your sllac account to determine if your order shipped.
