Then they ask for for some documents which I send right away, and still nothing happens.
If and only if they fix this huge issue, I would be more than happy to use this site.

I then continued to live chat as the prize I claimed almost €600 could not be located.the live chat assistant seemed versed in this query of the related promo and asked what happened when I pressed the claim prize button. I told him it took me to registration and he told me to take it up with 3rd party running the promo,I queried who the 3rd party was to which he ended the chat, account closed.
