Ok so I signed up and they allowed email verification, they allowed phone verification and address verification but will not let you verify your identity for 48hrs after your first game play. That to me would be the first thing to verify! I’m thinking it’s scam.i read that some one wrote a review on here saying 5 days ago they signed up and cashed out on there all in one day so that is not a real review they are lying. Well my 48hrs is almost up and will update as soon as I can.

They don't respond to emails.

105$ first time playing. I got one bonus game, 30$. Lost all my money in less than 10 minutes. Would not recommend.

This site is a scam. I went through $70 with not one win on two differnt games.

Okay.. joining is easy deposit money easy, won a little bit awesome 👍🏾 but now I want to redeem and now I can't verified, because I can't confirm my utility Bill 😞 sent emails and no response. Believe the reviews that come from humans

Bought a scratch package for $17…. Never got the scratch card that was supposed to be a prize between 16-25 SC. No customer service support. This is a TOTAL SCAM STAY AWAY.

I have to admit, I had been receiving invites to join Zonko for weeks. I finally joined and deposited 3 days ago. The sign up was fast and easy. The welcome offer was generous and rewarding. I was able to redeem the same day and I just received my redeem. So now I know , not to go by a few negative reviews, but to experience and learn first hand. Zonko has my trust and respect. I will definitely be playing here more often. I will be recommending them to all my fellow gaming friends and family. Thank you Zonko for a wonderful initial experience.

Game selection is kinda bad and honestly I’ve played through about 500 dollars over last couple weeks mostly 50 cent bets and under and I’ve only hit 1 bonus though all that i tried to give them a fair shake but honestly they not for me ill give them 2 stars because Website works and the have some games but definitely won’t play again

Ive played once before and won 100$, paid out just fine after the 72 hour hold and verification. But I did just submit a second time & got an email saying funds are on the way, but that was yesterday. Still havent received it yet, will change to 5 stars as long as everything shows up like it supposed to

I would give them a 1/2 of start actually, give them a minus a 100 Stars. What did joke of a casino!!! Just giving everyone a heads up. Not one way to get a hold of customer service there's no wins.

Horrible horrible customer service their games are set to take all of your welcome bonus package purchases I just did a purchase for $70 welcome package I didn't get one win not a one they don't have no way to contact customer service they don't give any of that information on their website other people say they don't pay their players this is a casino that you definitely want to stay away from I am also reporting them to my attorney general office in the state of that I live in everybody try to do what you can to get this casino kicked out of the United States they're scam artists they're ripping people off they just came in business and they're one of those casinos that are just here to take as much as they can quickly and then go out of business let's get them out of here before they can make their money and run they're a fraud and a scam company that we should not go to I made a big mistake please don't anybody make the same mistake I did also read the other reviews about this social Casino company let's just say their thieves and crooks and you want to stay far away from as you can and if we could let's throw them all in jail

Horrible! Save your money, they do not pay and their customer service does not respond. I have been sending emails for a week with no response. They do not have a chat or any other way to contact them. Stay away!!

Zonko is a sweepstakes casino that is quick to take your money, has no real oversight to prevent them from being honest in their business practices. Initially seemed solid but after initial period my wins ratio plummeted noticeably. Not accusing them of anything but does seem to be that after even a modest win you go into a dry spell that lasts much longer than the win. Never had one naturally occurring bonus also. They fall on the lower end because of this and lack of communication and lack of transparency

They make you wait 48 hours just to verify your winnings then after you wait that 48 hours they make you wait 48 MORE hours just to verify your payment and after that and you are completely verified they don't let you redeem. Every time I hear redeem they ask me for my payment method and wants me to put in my card as if I'm making a purchase I've been trying to claim my redeems for 2 weeks now with no success buyer your beware. I BELIEVE THEY DONT PAY OUT seems like one of these Chinese company cover up that NEVER PAY

So far not too bad. It took awhile for them to approve my card info since it was a virtual card.

The games can be laggy and they do make you wait 72 hours until they approve your redemption. My first redemption was approved within that time frame this morning, I’m just waiting for the funds to hit my account.

Update: the funds are already in my account!!! Changing to 5 stars!!

The only way to contact them n is via email which they don't respond. Its been 4 days and several emails sent and still no response. I put in my 1st redemption request 2 weeks ago and it was approved, I then received an email stating they could not process my redemption with no explanation! I was told to put in the request again and it would be fast tracked which i did and my redemption is still pending. Its been almost 2 weeks since my 1st request. Please be aware!
