I wish I could give 0 stars as they don’t even deserve that either to be honest I have deposited £100 and opted in for the bonus yes I followed all the steps and waited because I thought it would take time but was curious to why I have not received it only to go on the chat bot which was clearly no help only to be told I never opted in LOL ok they will lure you into believing that there bonus exists and later till you never opted in they are nothing but con artists steer clear people they are only going to rob you blind.

Worst experience ever. I deposited through Apple ID with no checks, no questions asked—but when I tried to withdraw my winnings (£30!), suddenly I’m asked for three different forms of ID. Government letter, driver’s license, passport—what next, a blood sample?

They’ve sent me at least five back-and-forth emails demanding more and more personal information. Meanwhile, my money is just sitting there. It’s not about the £30, it’s about how shady this feels. They’re quick to take your money, but slow as hell to return it. It’s been over 48 hours and still no approval.

Honestly, I feel like they’re collecting ID documents just to commit fraud. They don’t verify anything when they take your money, but to give it back? Suddenly you’re dealing with MI5-level checks.

Please, don’t use this site. It’s not worth the headache. It looks like a scam, feels like a scam, and I wouldn’t be surprised if one day I find out someone used my ID for something illegal. Stay far away.

Less that 48 hours and payment was in my account, no questioned asked.
So find it strange people haven't received or have trouble receiving payouts, maybe haven't fulfilled wagering requirements or something, I never used any bonuses on this site so had no wagering requirements at all to cash out.

Loved white hat casinos until they decided to send me a lovely email. It stated they have banned me from any future promotions or offers. Despite me being a customer for years and depositing £1000s. I loved the offers they made the sites attractive. I asked for a reason behind this and just kept being told decision final. Terrible way to treat a customer. I've told them to close all my accounts. There are plenty of sites out there.

Been waiting for 12 days now for my winnings of £200. terrible experience in trying to withdrawal my winning. Communication is really bad and online chat feels very limited and also feels like a bot. Also, very slow response time via email they didn’t get in touch for 5 days and claim an 24/48 hour response time!!! And when I they did get back to me told me I have to wait another 10 days for a response. I have had to also pester them to get anywhere. They have also closed my account too in the process. Never had any problems like this with other sites. And when I’ve had to send extra verification is been a couple of days or has been instant. Take your money in seconds but then seem like they don’t like to pay out.. still waiting. I won’t be using slotnite again after this.

Email i received upon withdrawal request stated the pending processes was only 24hrs and 0 minutes but nearly 2 days later, nothing. Go to chat to a representative and im told the email is a typo and its takes up to 2 days to process. How insanely unprofessional can this company get! So glad they only got $50 out of me.
