This app is a complete waste of time. I joined expecting to make genuine connections, but instead I got a broken product and zero support.

On my very first day, I couldn't even send a single letter. Constant error: "Something went wrong. Please try again later." After countless attempts, two messages miraculously went through – but as soon as those users replied, I was locked out again. I can receive letters, but I CANNOT REPLY. What is the point of a pen-pal app if you can't even write back?

I've done everything on my end:

· Restarted my phone
· Offloaded and reinstalled the app multiple times
· Switched between Wi-Fi and mobile data
· Tried the web version – got a DNS error (so even that doesn't work)

The worst part? Their support team is completely useless. I contacted them multiple times with detailed descriptions, screenshots, and step-by-step explanations. What did I get? Canned generic responses and zero actual help. They clearly don't care about their users.

This is not a niche bug – this is a fundamental feature failure. A messaging app that blocks you from sending messages is broken by design. And when the company ignores you, it's downright disgraceful.

Save yourself the frustration. Do not download this app. There are plenty of other pen-pal platforms that actually work and have real human support. Slowly is a sinking ship with a lazy team behind it.

You won’t make friends or find love here. It’s app of ghosters and brainwashed “other cultures” minded people.

These Chinese developers blocked my account just for sharing my own viewpoint.

Stay away from this dumpster.

Using the app then just after sending message out it announced that I had over run then went and removed me to the very start asking for me to create a new profile. Bypast that with Google auto fill only to find slowly homepage showing very old letters. Managed to recover all but one penfriend but I can't see her in the lists.

Outstanding idea and even better execution. I am using this app for a little more than a month now, on both my android phone and PC (in browser).
It is very comfortable, even for free users. Everything works as intended. There are not many apps that I have so good opinion on.
