Got a 'premium' iphone from them via Backmarket. Except, it arrived filthy, had scratches on two sides of the bezel, a faulty (likely non-genuine replacement) battery which drained super quickly despite being 100% and dysfunctional and unresponsive screen which was installed improperly causing a warped reflection in it. The premium phone is supposed to have only 100% genuine replacement parts and 0% damage! I had to send it back immediately, but the company was in no rush and provided a 4-day delivery return service. They tried to scam me out of £450! Disgusting.

No paran de molestar por un pedido de una radio portátil que compré en Amazon y no me llegó pido el reembolso y dale que dale que la he recibido y les digo que se queden con la radio y los 37,05€ que vale la radio y no me molesten más. No me extraña que tenga tantas malas reseñas.
No recomiendo comprar en esa empresa.

Scammed for over £200. Paid but no goods received. Phone numbers on website don’t work and no response to multiple emails.
