The product is very well made and the operation seems faultless. It fits perfectly into our 'open' Porch area, and is weather protected.
Initially the size looked excessive, but of course the 'security slide' adds to the height, but that aspect is the primary appeal.
Very easy to register the unique bar code, and as long as you expect about 30/40 parcels, prescriptions etc a year, it is not difficult to justify the price.
Home shopping, with the costs of parking, motoring and of course convenience, is the way to go. A personal opinion of course!

The box does exactly what it says
The box does exactly what it says. My only negative is that the instructions do not tell you what drill size to use when making holes in whatever you are securing the box to. Easy to work out if you have any practical experience. But it would have been nice to have been told.
But the box works fine and I would have awarded 41/2 stars if that had been possible.

Great customer service
Great customer service. I was extremely disappointed after opening my first package especially as it was packed so well. One of the rivets holding the lid wasn't attached so I emailed the company straight away. After sending various photos to the company my replacement came 24 hours later and the collection was done at the same time. I would definitely recommend Smart Parcel Box to anyone.

Well made product .
Well made product the size of which will accomodate
the majority of parcels. The lockable door is very secure and is locked top and bottom rather than just in the middle as on some similar boxes. Heavy duty fixing kit. The one downside on my particular box was that the lid didn't close fully on the LH side which was disappointing.

The construction and design of the Parcel Box is very good. Sturdy, well finished and functional, the only negative is the lock, it’s flimsy, cheap and I suspect will require replacing soon, the keys are similarly disappointing. Overall pleased with the purchase but a better lock would have been five stars.

Excellent customer service!
Recently received excellent customer service when contacting Smart Parcel Box 2.5 years after the purchase of the Extra Large Slanted Top Front Access Smart Parcel Box. There was an issue (human error) that resulted in the lock being broken. Upon contacting the company they immediately sent me the parts required to rectify the issue, free of charge. Not only is the Parcel Box beautiful and admired by my neighbours; this sort of customer service appears to be rare nowadays. Thank you!

Go extra large-Glad we did!
I ordered the extra large although it was dearer. I’m so glad I spent that bit more as the size of parcels it can hold are brilliant. No more barking dog or been woken in the morning. We are over the moon with it. We had the address put on as well which looks really good!! I’d definitely recommend going for the extra large. The packaging was second to none, no chance of arriving dented. We couldn’t find the keys but they are taped to the plastic sheeting covering it which we had torn off so beware and don’t lose them.

XL- Box in rot
Ich habe mir die XL- Box über home24 gekauft. Sie kam super schnell an, sieht noch ein wenig besser aus, als ich es erwartet habe und ist einfach zu bedienen. Sie hat eine wertige Haptik und ist sehr stabil. Es verbiegt sich nichts und ganz wichtig, ich habe keine scharfen Kanten gefunden.
Für die Fixierung braucht man keine Erklärung. Für die Wandmontage sind 4 Löcher in der Rückwand, für die Bodenmontage 4 Löcher im Boden. Die Dübel und Schrauben sind im Lieferumfang enthalten.
Von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung.
