Great product, great service!
I bought my first Smart Parcel Box in 2017, and I have been very impressed with it, however I decided to upgrade to an ex-large SPB. When the new SPB arrived there was crush damage on the top front corners. I contacted Richard at SPB, and he arranged delivery of a replacement box that arrived the following day, and they also collected the old SPB. The new box was perfect, and was installed in less than an hour. I am very happy with the product. Excellent customer service, thank you.

From ordering to delivery was easy and quick.
This ParcelBox is an upgrade from the Medium I bought years ago.
It looks lovely, feels solid and was easy to mount, but I have to say (based on the cost of the item = nearly £300) I'm very disappointed they haven't upgraded the waterproofing for the door, and definitely locks they use!
The lock feels just like the old one, ie. Loose and...cheap.

Excellent product and the customer service was incredible. Actually spoke to a real person as I was unsure how long my personalised extra large parcel box would take to arrive. It arrived sooner than expected and the quality of the product was great and bonus it holds an amazing amount of parcels. We got the front and rear opening parcel box which makes access a lot easier regardless what side of the gate you are. Highly recommend.

Awesome Customer Service!
So I was slightly nervous at buying a large item online, in case anything went wrong. In fact despite amazing packaging, the item was faulty. I emailed the same day and Matthew at their customer support was amazing. Swift, understanding and in under 24hrs a new one had arrived on my doorstep! (Even before the original had been dealt with). So the exceptional way they treated me ensured I will become a loyal customer.

Poor
Excellent delivery except when I opened the delivery box, which was not damaged, I found the parcel box to be badly dented on the front right top of the box. A rivet, which I presume was originally holding the top in place, was rattling around in the box when opened and had actually sheared in half.
If you see the picture you can see the rivet is tiny and I don’t think fit for the job in the first place.
The quality of the metal of the box, is very flimsy, and although the box looks great, I don’t think it would take much to break into the box or to pull something loose.
Really dissatisfied with the quality and I suspect the longevity of the box may not be great.
Because the top of my box was dented and had sheared off in one corner, after trying to glue it, the actual flap for the letter box won’t fit tight, and water can get in.
Customer service was very prompt to respond. And the sceptic in me suspects they get this complaint a lot. Within minutes they came back to me and offered a partial discount and refund if I kept the box, or a pick up and complete refund of the parcel box if I wanted to send it back. As you can imagine, organising and sending back such a large object is not ideal.
Just very disappointed with the quality.

We've been selling these boxes for many years now with very few comments to this nature. Your particular model was personalised and as such, was checked prior to shipping. Whilst we don't rule out something being missed by our checkers, there may have also been factors during transportation to have caused the issues.
