Large Smart Parcel Box - a little disappointed
The Smart Parcel Box arrived well packaged and on time. Relatively easy to fix in position but after a few days of use the bottom door came hanging off (I can only assume that the last dropped parcel dislodged the simple spring mechanism). Fortunately I got there first!
This product looks very smart (as well as being smart) but is let down by the flimsy spring hinges (bottom door), and on closer inspection a budget lock. As the box is now well fixed to the timber panelling behind (an hour's work for me, DIYer) and would be difficult to remove, I didn't feel it warranted returning to Smart Parcel Box Company. Next time though I would look at other manufacturers before opting for this model.

No more missed deliveries!!!
Been where I live for 11 years now. Don’t have a porch and didn’t have anywhere outside my property that can be classed as secure for deliveries without leaving my garage or back gate insecure. Had numerous times had to wait in for deliveries as neighbours all work (I’m retired) and rearranging deliveries is a pain.
Had been looking at a smart parcel box for a while and, having had another delivery left inside my bin, decided to take the plunge and get one. Went for the largest to accommodate bigger parcels but checked it would fit where I intended it to go.
Ordering was simple via the website and plenty of choice in sizes and colours. Multiple payment methods available. Delivery was by a tracked service so I knew when it was coming.
Parcel box was well packaged and protected and all fixings were present. Marked up the holes and drilled them out. A little fiddly to secure in place getting the bolts aligned with the holes as they go in the wall with the screw protruding, then the holes in the box need alignment before securing (the installation video suggests the bolts fit through the holes to wall mount from inside the box. Not so as the bolts don’t go through the holes in the box), but managed it.
Registered the box to my address and, hey presto, up and running.
Have set delivery preferences with the companies I can asking them to use the box and, so far so good, first couple of deliveries dropped in it.
Couldn’t be happier and wish I’d got one sooner.

Really Useful
This is the 2nd parcel box. We're moving and we're so pleased with the box and the company it was the automatic choice. Delivery folk seem to like as easier and quicker than having to wait for one of us to appear at the gate. We've gone for a bigger one - the 1st is fine sizewise but a few things didn't fit in, so extra-large this time.
