To briefly address your comments, our 'Personalisation' feature is not painted. Via the listing you have ordered from, it states "The box features a bespoke decal sticker that is super strong and weatherproof.". The sticker is then created based on the text that you input at the time of ordering. In this case, you inputted a 'House Number' and 'Street Name' in the required fields. A 'full' address is not something we offer/advertise with our Personalisation option. Furthermore, we have searched our email systems/call logs and are unable to locate any prior-purchase contact.

Parcel box - a treat for the postman!
Despatched very quickly. Received day after order received by supplier. Minor damage to carton, but cabinet protected by packaging. Customer service response was very good, and quick.
Product appears to be of good quality. It was easy to fix to wall with included fittings.
It is a great improvement over the very old one we had before.
