Looks great but leaks when it rains.
The box looks great - looks professional, smart and secure - but unfortunately it leaks when it rains. Would have given this 5 stars had it not been for the performance of the delivery agent (Yodel) which was poor and this but have knocked a star off for both.

The Smart Box arrived damaged and the letter piece of metal wasn’t flapping. Once contacted them, they blamed my builder first as I integrated the box in a wall. Once I provided proof that the box arrived damaged, they said I didn’t report it on time. If you buy outside the UK, pray that the product arrive immaculate otherwise there is no support. My experience with them has been poor.

As per our correspondence, your order was placed back in November of last year and your SPB was since cemented into a wall. No prior contact was made about any damage before installation. Had contact been made in accordance with our T's & C's/the installation not have been made, we would have gladly swapped/refunded the item. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for the numerous factors that could have caused damage in the meantime.

We have had our parcel box for a few years and I recently snapped the key in the lock - I rang Smart Parcel Box co to order a replacement, they said they would put another lock and key set in the post that day and explained how to install the new lock.
I asked what the cost was and was told there would be no charge for either the lock or the postage.
Great service and quite rare these days , many thanks indeed !

XL Parcel box installed
XL Parcel box was delivered with a small ding to the back of the cabinet - as you can’t see it I don’t mind about that.
Fixing to the wall, if you take a little care and are patient isn’t too taxing but:
The lack of a template for the fixing is a bit of a pain - perhaps you could include a piece of 3mm plastic with the holes templated just in case people don’t have a something like that kicking around in the garage.
I note your response to prior feedback regarding the size/depth of holes required for the supplied fixings and the fact that you may change them. The fixings sent to me carried no markings, so I used something I trusted instead. IMO your approach here shows a lack of attention to detail - so I think you should pony up and include decent branded fixings with provide full instructions for fitting with their use.
all in all - pretty satisfied with the product so far - let’s see how it fares over a year of British weather.

It appears to be fortunate that this can't be seen whilst in use, however, we will happily address the matter further if you wish to contact our support team directly.
