I was having a problem with the chrome extension and the extension was not showing up on my Amazon page. Jicelle was extremely patient and professional. I am very pleased with the service I received. I worked with her via email and the chat. This was a very pleasant experience. I hope they give her a big fat raise.

Their website clearly states that the basic plan offers "access to all brand data and features," but when you purchase it, you can only see 20% of the data, and they tell you that you have to purchase a higher plan.

This is simply a scam and involves false statements. I recommend working with more honest companies.

I received an email from one of the SDRs at this company, Stanton Watts, and it somehow got past my promotions filter and into my main inbox. Having never heard of the company or the person, I reported it as spam. Then I got ANOTHER email from the same person, claiming I'd visited their site and thanking me for it and offering to set up a time to talk. I've never visited their site, I'm not an Amazon seller, and I don't care about their product. I reported the second email as phishing, since it's clearly designed to hook me into thinking I've talked to them before and engage. Not true. I don't care if the product is good, I have zero tolerance for this type of bs

As a first time Amazon seller SmartScout made e-commerce statistics understandable.. not only that it helped us implement things that drove sales to the roof.

I’ve used SmartScout while working in sales at two of the top Accelerators. I couldn’t imagine doing my job without the platform.

The team is also next level. Brock and Stan have helped me countless times over the years. It’s crazy how much I still don’t know after a few years on the platform. I’d recommend putting time in to become a power user, as this is a great tool for brands and sellers.

CS helped out with any quirks or questions I had. Was able to see market share data that nobody else could provide as well as keyword usage from competitors. Love it!

There are a lot of unknowns when selling on Amazon. SmartScout helps fill in the gaps in a very intuitive way. It's not perfect, but its clear that the team is constantly improving the product and giving me more bang for my buck. Absolutely essential tool.

Also, I have to laugh at the reviews that complain about not getting a refund for a subscription renewal... I've never had a company do that. Not Apple, not Netflix, not Google. It's a totally unrealistic expectation and honestly the reviews here probably just suffer from low reach. SmartScout is great!
