After having spray foam installed we later found out that this made the property uninsureable and unmortgageable. We contacted Smart Solutions 365 Group Ltd to come and remove it Ryan came out and had a look at what needed to be done. We wish to thank the three young men who came out to do the work. they were professional and took photo's to show us as they went along. We wish to thank Ryan and the team for sorting out the mess a previous company left us with.

Right from the beginning there was a prompt appointment with Jamie who explained everything to me clearly . Soon after the workmen turned up on time and they were very professional and pleasant , they worked extremely hard in tough conditions without complaining . Also I got a few calls from Brian the operations manger who kept me in the loop all along . I can definitely recommend this company 1000%

The work was explained clearly so I understood what was happening and how the new insulation would work. The job was completed in two days of hard work by the three men. They tidied up very well.

We had Smart Solution 365 in to remove spray foam insulation from our loft roof. Their quote was considerably cheaper than others we had received. Their comms were excellent and they turned up on the day they agreed and were finished within the estimated time. Kieran and his team were superb. They were thorough, polite and very helpful. They kept us informed of every development. They removed all waste from site and cleaned up every day after themselves. Thoroughly recommended.

Very important!
If you purchased your Loft Spray foam using a Credit card or a Finance scheme within the last 7 years you can make a Section 75 claim in an attempt to recover your money. Gather as much information as you can on the Company who installed your Loft spray foam and contact your finance provider. We did and we received 100% compensated to "Remove and Make good" our loft.

I'm past 60 years old and have been bitten more that once by tradesman, saying one thing and doing another however we need not have worried.

Ryan is a gentleman and his word is his bond.
He takes pride in his business and this shines through to his staff. He will communicate with you all the way through the removal process.
They are also a Coffee - 1 sugar team which makes it easier when sorting the drinks. ;-)

We did discover some small issues through the process however as in life, there is always something unexpected or maybe a further task you might need help with. Ryan is happy to help you if he is able.

We have a big (ish) loft and the the foam had also been sprayed on the Gable End walls. It was a big job and an arduous task that went smoothly.

In total we had all the foam removed - new modern insulation (flooring and between the rafters) - new flooring and shelving install (at knee height) between the beams for easy access storage. These materials were all recommended by Ryan and the heating experts that he employs.

Ryan, like me, is an old school chap where your word is your bond and your handshake is as good as a contract.

We needed to have the foam insulation removed from Mum's loft, the installers had already had a go and just left more damage. I found Smart Solutions 365 on Checkatrade and went with them because of the reviews. From when I first spoke to Ryan I felt I was in safe hands. This was confirmed when the guys came to tackle the job. They were all so polite and helpful, putting a covering over the carpet and clearing up each day before they left. Ryan explained everything so well and was always available if I had any queries. I would whole heartedly recommend them for any work.

From my first phone call , at Smart Solutions 365,with Ryan, l knew this was the company for me. He explained everything from start to finish and is sounded like a first class job would be done.
Day 1 l had three very friendly and polite guys who worked so hard removing the spray foam including on the walls? They were extremely thorough, made little noise and tidied up the small amount of mess they made. They took all the bags of foam to dispose of.
Day 2 Ryan and his colleague, Danny came to finish the job. Danny treated the rafters, then started to reinsulate the loft with multi foil insulation, which takes up little room, looks smart. Danny did an excellent job, it looks fantastic and the house is warmer already.

Ryan was so professional and knowledgeable as well as being kind considerate and protective towards my elderly mother. He treated her with consumate courtesy at all times. His work was top notch (including his eco credentials for disposing of the previously very badly installed foam). He and his colleage worked well and fiished the removal and installation within 3 days, tidying up after themselves at every step. He provided an in depth report with photos and videos within a week of finishing the job. He kept in touch with me (I am Essex-based not in Glastonbury where my mother lives) at every stage, given my mother's hearing issues, to ensure I knew what was going on and how things were progressing. I cannot speak highly enough of his standards of work, nor of his professionalism and the quality of customer service my mother received. I thoroughly recommend Ryan and his company. Too-notch service. I had a terrible experience with a previous contractor who installed faulty spray foam. Smart solutions 365 came to the rescue. They not only removed the old foam but also provided excellent advice on alternative insulation options. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were exceptional.
