Very unprofessional, turning up without presenting their ID, nothing work uniform or a work van. Massive language barrier. Lack of communication from 'Karen'. Refused work to be completed as did not feel comfortable. And the engineers seems very pushy.

Got fitted new boiler and loft insulation. New fan in bathroom and kitchen under ECO4 scheme by Smartway Energy. They are highly professional and explained everything prior and and after installation. Every thing was smooth from receiving call from Hannah then survey till Installation. Karen was in touch with me during installation. Highly recommended.

Left me to freeze for 4 days in minus 4 temperatures, I suffer with arthritis an mobility issues, 3 holes in wall,, it's doesn't take 1 day to install heating system,, left my house like a bombsite, cudnt get to my bed as all furniture piled on my bed, all rubbish chucked in driveway,, toilet roll stuffed in a hole then cemented over 😳. Washing up bowl nicked also sweeping brush,, was told to find builder to finish off the shoddy work they had left me with, absolutely disgusting company, bunch of cowboys, except for Muhammed and his mate, who looked after me on the last day,,, this company doesn't deserve any stars at all. Never had anyone to come out an inspect the shit work that was done, before they left,,, one more thing to add, I didn't appreciate the so called boss harassing me to write a nice review, unbelievable, this company causes so much stress, it makes ppl ill. Fan fitted in bathroom on ceiling but no out pipe all moisture from the shower goes into the loft makin everything damp,, no vent in boiler cupboard,, will be contacting ofgem, trading standards this needs investigating,, I will be putting photos on of how I was left for 4 days, in freezing temperatures

messy workman ship had to come back. Fans are super loud. The advert advertisements are not the same as what work is done. Missed first appointment due to break down on motorway

Efficient and thorough from start to finish.

I cannot recommend this company enough! Excellent experience, polite and professional staff working with great pace.

Only took one week from initial contact to installation both teams of fitters were professional and competent and left everything clean and tidy . The guy who I think is the team manager called Tabi is friendly and efficient and I have no problem recommending this company

I was given a fitting date after going through the complex application process. They didn’t arrive. I phoned the company and they as told there had been a toad accident and they hadn’t been able to come. Two weeks later no communication, no new date. I am beginning to feel they are not genuine.

Smart energy
My mums boiler was old & & it was about time it was replaced, smart energy sent a surveyor after I responded to a Facebook advert
I was telephone by Karen in admin who arranged a heating surveyor to check where the old boiler is & make a plan if the new boiler can be fitted there & check where the radiators are & if my Mum needed loft insulation.

Karen rang me back & the gas safe fitters were arranged to come the next week.
They put sheets down on the carpets & not only were they very professional they were very polite you could see they took great care to do everything the job involved.
It’s an all day job so I stayed with my mum as she’s 80, bless her & I made sure she could sit & relax while the heating & hot water was off.

The loft insulation is really a nice job & a spanking new boiler with hand held display controller.
I recommend this awesome company who arrived on time & really lovely people. 10/10

Fitters 1st class, on time, could tell they were fully professional. Went above and beyond my expectations when I requested a little change here, time wasn't an issue for them. Cleaned up the mess, even when it got late, no they did it. Contact with Smartway throughout the process of boiler and insulation fitting was constant and now even after completion ongoing, though there are no issues. So glad I chose this company
