Fast reliable service

I sent a parcel to Pakistan through SMILE Cargo, but they passed it on to Pardesi Cargo. When it arrived, it looked like someone had opened my bag. A lot of things were out of their packing, and some items were even missing. Clearly, they went through it. Honestly, they’re not reliable at all.

🚨 Warning about Smile Cargo & Pardesi Cargo (Sending to Pakistan) 🚨

I sent a parcel to Pakistan with Smile Cargo in December, which they promised would arrive within 3 months. Instead, it was delivered in July, and to my shock, the parcel had my address but someone else’s belongings inside.

By sheer luck, the other sender had included her number in the package. When I contacted her, she explained that she had actually sent her items through Pardesi Cargo – which is the sister company of Smile Cargo. This clearly shows the careless mix-up and lack of proper system between the two companies.

After weeks of unanswered emails, dozens of calls, and texts, Smile Cargo finally responded but only offered me £60 “goodwill” – basically just the sending cost. They have no idea where my actual belongings are, can’t track them, and refuse to take responsibility for my big loss.

Both Smile Cargo and Pardesi Cargo are highly unprofessional and unreliable. They not only misplaced my items but also failed in communication, accountability, and customer care.

👉 If you are planning to send a parcel to Pakistan, I strongly advise you to avoid Smile Cargo & Pardesi Cargo. You risk losing your valuable belongings forever.

Air cargo received in Kashmir (sent from the UK) - no complaints. I would check the price before sending as some of our items incurred duty charges, however overall it was a good service as our main concern was getting the items there on time. Cargo company will collect the package and deliver. Communication was good and when we needed answers, we were informed on time.

Really happy with the service provided. Clear and simple process with a swift delivery service. Can't recommend the service enough.
