I had my impression making video this morning and the entire process went really well. The SmilePath staff guided me throughout the entire process and really took their time with me. The process is very simple and I can’t wait to continue the process with them for my aligners.

I chose SmilePath to straighten my teeth discreetly and the experience was excellent. The team was professional, supportive, and made the process easy. I’m very happy with my results and would highly recommend SmilePath to anyone considering clear aligners!

it was good. very helpful. hopefully these impressions are right this time because the time it has taken to do the videos back n fourth emails my teeth have moved back to square one. but they have been very helpful and helped provide supplies. lady daisy was very helpful.

They were very helpful and walked me through the impressions! Fingers crossed the night guard helps when it gets here!

I had a really positive experience with SmilePath and would happily rate them 5 stars. The entire process was smooth, simple, and easy to follow from the beginning. Everything was well explained, and I always felt confident about each step.

This is a honest review from someone who has completed the process. Not someone who has just started and signed up like most reviews on here.
I have completed smilepath night time aligners not once not twice not 3 times not 4 times but 5 TIMES. And all 5 times it has done Absolutely NOTHING. except this last 5th time it has created a horrible gap I never had before next to my front main tooth. The 1st time I went through the process I had to wear step 1 for 10 hours every night for 10 days. Until I finished step 20. It didn't work so smilepath said I needed what they say are refinements. Which just means do it all again. This went on for 5 times doing smilepath. This process went on for 3 years when they say it takes 6 months. why you say did you keep doing it 5 times. because smilepath would not refund me my money even though they could clearly see there product did not work everytime I sent back my new teeth impressions. And everytime I kept hoping maybe it would work this time. But nope I went through the complete process 5 TIMES and it did nothing but now it has left a horrible gap next to front tooth which is clearly seen by people, looks horrible and food gets caught in. A gap smilepath aligners created which i never had before. My teeth were not even that bad I just wanted my 2 front middle main teeth a bit straighter as they were slightly crooked/bucked. But smilepath aligners did not do a single thing. This has been a waste of my money and 3 years of my time. Do not trust this company. Smilepath aligners do not work. You will just be left with heartach and stress. I am looking into my options with fair trading as smilepath has done me wrong.

It was such a smooth assistance from Patrick especially this is my 3rd time doing the impressions. To be honest, it wasn’t easy to do impressions through videocall but it was a smooth process and I got it right this time.

Fustrating, time consuming and they take your money and invoice you then make it difficult to get started.

Ive used them for clear alligners over 1.5yrs. I ended up getting my dentist to send through oralscan of my teeth as the pack they send you is too rough on your teeth and really pulls at them if you leave it on 20secs too long.

The aligners do work but over the 10days each alligner stretches a fair amount, which isnt too bad but makes the next set hurt when you put them in.

Retainers are the same, they say you could make them last a year, and you COULD by therory but they are usually unproductive after 2 to 3 weeks tops as they are too loose to even hold teeth in new place.

I go through about 8 sets every 6months and no i dont grind my teeth.

Id appreciate customer service to be a little less robotic/templated responses and id appreciate if theyd read the emails properly and not make things so difficult sometimes.

It is probably the last time i will go through them for retainers and will go through my dentist instead for a higher quality retainer that last longer and costs less because its not getting replaced so much.

Retainers have been extremely robust and have lasted much longer than previous retainers from other brands. Very strong retainer that has kept my teeth in shape!!

Am very happy with treatment in SmilePath. My teeth gaps are filled. Its looking amazing now.
