Horrible horrible experience. So poor quality the water came out and splashed out all over the bathroom. Do not buy from them. I returned the items and had to pay for the return one month later I am still waiting for my refund. Very poor quality and they give you discount to put a video and ad for them a pure scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I ordered a toothbrush by accident. So I requested to cancel the order as a.week after ordering, it had not been sent. With half an hour of my email, it was dispatched. 2 days later I got an email for someone else with a different co.plaint, sent to my email. When the brush arrived threquest to return again was evasive, another email offered a discount to keep it. Eventually I was sent a printable returns form which required the tracking number to be enclosed when returning. This confused the post office when I went armed with cellotape, a label, the return form and scissors. It cost 5.75 to return with tracking as stipulated, which customer service told me was non refundable. Im exhausted.

Got two flossers and conveniently, they both died after few months. 1st time was sent a replacement, that died in the same manner as the first one, after only few months of using it. I contacted them and they were not accommodating at all, they said there's nothing they can do. So they refused to rectify and they were also very dismissive and on a border of being rude. Would definitely not but again

So far after order over a week or so communication terrible, Not expecting anything to change . Still waiting on delivery. Once i contacted complaint department been blanked. . No a great response . Wont recommend this company.

Wanted to buy a dental flosser from an Irish company and smiletherapy.ie seemed to fit the bill......ie address / postal address in Ireland / glowing reviews from Ireland / free shipping to anywhere in Ireland / all Irish it seemed....bought Flosser for €49.99 and paid in €....messages regarding purchase and receipt all from .ie address. Then came notice of the item in transit with a customs charge of €16.37 as it was being shipped from England. Queried this and informed Smile Therapy I would not be paying the customs fee, cancelled the order and asked for full refund. Emails over and back and received excuse after excuse...customs charge not down to them / refunds are not possible / transaction had been processed etc.
I asked why it didn't clearly state on the website that the item was to be posted from England and asked again for a refund. More rubbish excuses and refusal of a refund. Then I was told that the issue was out of their hands, that their Irish warehouse, where they normally dispatched items from, was temporarily out of commission. I was advised to accept the item from the courier and that Smile Therapy would refund me the cost of the customs due. I informed them that I had no intention of paying a customs charge nor of accepting a delivery from their courier of choice. I also asked them for the address and eircode (ie post code) of their Irish warehouse that was temporarily closed. I heard nothing re. where this Irish warehouse was but a day later was informed I would get a full refund within ten days. This struck me as odd, as they had informed me earlier that refunds were not an option once the transaction had been processed. The refund arrived today.
Any Irish company, with Irish employees, would be familiar with the phrase 'bolloxology', which best describes this entire farce from start to finish.
Avoid 'Smile Therapy' at all costs!

The reviews on their website are clearly written by ai so that's enough not to trust them... I did not order from their website

Ordered an electric toothbrush pre Christmas. It had stopped working by March. I contacted the company to complain. Was asked to send video evidence of it not working, which I did. They acknowledged the problem and offered a replacement which I accepted. Despite saying it was dispatched, the replacement never arrived. One month and 2 mails later …still no replacement.. I requested a refund.
Poor product and service !!

Do not buy this toothbrush the reviews on their website are obviously fake. The toothbrush has minimal power you have to brush like using a manual. It’s so cheaply made, complete waste of money

I placed an order with Smile Therapy but have yet to receive my parcel. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer support, I have received no response whatsoever. This lack of communication and service is very disappointing.
