Excellent Service
I ordered a garment a size two small -my own mistake.When I telephoned the firm could not have been more helpful and confirmed the larger size was in stock.
I returned the item and the larger size arrived by return with no extra charge for the additional postage.

On line ordering
i had an issue with an on line order recently, I left my honest 2 star review and was contacted by the Customer Service team.
I have now changed my rate to the highest, as Lauren who has dealt with my issue has been professional, courteous and been most helpful in resolving my issue. Again my review is honest, if you have any problem, the team are most willing to help to resolve putting the Customer first.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review regarding your most recent order, please accept my sincere apologies that we were unable to complete your order.
As per our telephone call, I can confirm that your order did not complete due to you and another customer processing your orders for the same item, at the same time. As there was only one left in that particular size and colour, and the other customers payment had cleared first, it resulted in your order reverting to an order enquiry - due to this no payment was taken.
Like many of our competitors we do not currently have a facility in place where items in your basket are reserved, however I can assure you that we do value your feedback and the comments have been taken on board and passed to the relevant departments.
As discussed I am currently looking into an alternative jacket for you and I will be doing my utmost to get this resolved for you as soon as possible.
