Amazing service got stuff I was missing very fast

I bought their anatomical heart and my package was stolen. I reached out and within a week they were working on getting me another. I got my heart and it works amazing and is a good size in the hand. Great product and a sweet team 🫶

I ordered something , beginning of this month. They created a label. They have not shipped it. I contacted them twice via phone no response. I emailed the email address that the website says to email to contact them and received a response that the email is not monitored and not to email that address. so at this time, I’m out the money. I’m unable to contact them. I have the route tracking insurance, but they cannot refund me because they created a shipping label but never sent a product. I do not recommend.

I bought a mystery box from Smokeday and I received a DabX Go. I was disappointed cause when I went to charge the device it wouldn't work. I new it wasent smokeday fault , it needed new batteries so I contacted you guys and you were so fast to get back to me and send me new batteries!! So i charged it and i got to use it and it works great! Thank you for all your help, you guys are awesome!

So, first off, you can't beat the pricing. The shipping is fast, and everything was packaged most beautifully to prevent breaking. Unfortunately, one of the pieces I ordered was missing. I contacted customer service. Wow! Most wonderful suprise! Customer service was polite! I received responses with a most friendly 'tone'. They asked that I give them a few days to investigate.- sure -.
Next thing I knew, a package arrived with my missing piece. OUTSTANDING!
Everyone makes errors, but the correction is what matters. This company is GREAT!
Will definitely order again! Very happy me!

We absolutely love Smokeday! We’ve made two purchases so far and have been so impressed with the quality, affordability, and fun selection. The Kauai Hello Kitty theme they offer is such a cute bonus and definitely makes their pieces stand out! What really sets Smokeday apart, though, is the customer service. They’re incredibly responsive and genuinely make you feel taken care of. I was even surprised to receive a personal email from the founder of the company, which really says something about how much they value their customers. That kind of personal touch is rare these days! We’re already planning our next purchase and will absolutely be telling our friends here on the Big Island. It’s surprisingly difficult to find shops locally that offer great quality pieces at affordable prices, so discovering Smokeday has been such a treat. We’re so happy to have found a company we can order from with confidence, and we’ll definitely be repeat customers! ❤️

Thank you, SmokeDay.com!

I have ordered from them for years, very quick and quality pieces for good value!

Love the Bubbler, bought my friend one👍🏾

Worst experience ever. Do NOT bother ordering from here. They will send you broken garbage and then ignore you when you try to contact them.

The customer service was amazing they always answered promptly and we're very willing to help.

I ordered the Hooloo of the site and I'm loving the product. It is amazing.

Absolutely amazing, I loved how fast it came and everything was perfectly packed. I love and collect all kinds of bongs and pipes so the mystery box seemed like a good choice and it was!! I love everything i got. They're amazing at the mystery and uniqueness

I order from here often. And as someone with a paralyzed hand I cant even begin to explain how nice these piese are and the customer service that comes along with it. With my hand being the way it is im so happy they sell short stack cylinder bongs. Every bowl head had a little handle which makes one handed smoking very easy. Their bowl heads slide with ease and dont get stuck. Their always easy to clean with my rubber stoppers, they always fit. For me little thing like this make my life a little easier. And for that smokeday I thank you

I have bought many things off here including mystery boxes, pipes, bongs and bong accessories and I have never once had an issue with them. Everything's always came in ( not broken). The mystery box is got recently was the pipe box and it came with a bunch of different pipes, a plastic grinder, some screens and huge papers. All equaling over what I paid including shipping. This is the best and most reputable website I have found that is somethin like atomic glass or cheech.

Great customer service, received my first bong cracked from shipping and contacted the support team. They got back to me promptly and had me a replacement in the mail the next day. Thank you!

I ordered two of the heart potion bongs and there was a teeny mishap but they solved the issue immediately with great customer service! I will definitely purchase from them again :)

Great customer service and great product. I ordered a puffshot its so cool, and gets the job done very well. I had trouble when someone stole my package at first but they came through and made me feel heard and not pushed to the side. They helped me get a replacement. Was very smooth process. Very friendly service

Quality products and excellent customer service - they assisted me with a shipping error and still received order very quickly. Highly recommend for great products and smooth service overall
