Fast shipping, with tracking. This website was the only website i could find my specific carb cap. i looked through multiple websites and multiple google pages till i found smokeday.com. They were sold out everywhere. i could not be happier about the quality of service i received. i couldn't find my little terp pearl and they almost instantly responded asking if there was anything that they could do and my smart self found the pearls in the baggy. They were super nice when i told them i found them. I will forever love and use smokeday.com since they saved me in my time of need. The prices are out of this world affordable. im surprised this website isn't more popular than it already is. Will Shop Here Again Soon. I have to buy my coils from somewhere and like i said the tracking from this website is on par if not better than amazon prime. i mean it only took me 3-4 days to get my product and it showed me every step their delivery process took. Overall Best Smoke Shop I've Ever Had The Blessing To Come Across.

They went through a third party shipper and did not use the shipping option i chose, they also are not contacting me back about this. I would never reccomend this website to anyone who wants what they pay for.

I purchased the pink smoke day grinder which is tiny miniature I don't know what that would hold and the Cherry bong it's not worth the money it's real grainy feeling and then I bought the pink sunflower bead pipe that is the only thing that is worth what I bought the rest I'm going to return.

Shipping was super fast quality of product was amazing 0 complaints checking the rest of the site now

Ahhhhh these guys are freaking bad ass! We recieved our mystery smoke box today and we are blown away with the contents! Well worth the money spent! We ordered the $129 box on a discount and paid $94 total. I recieved 2 very nice quality bongs, a glass piece and a few little goodies. I loved the thrill of unboxing. Thank you guys!!

I had ordered a nice looking piece from Smokeday however the piece arrived damaged. I reached out to support and support was amazing and timely with sending a replacement piece. It hits nice and I look forward to shopping at Smokeday in the future.

I ordered my first piece from this site and it survived less than 3 months, the bottom dropping out when I slightly touched it to the corner of the bathroom counter. I break a lot of glass, though, so I blamed myself instead of the quality of the item. I saw a BOGO deal and decided since I'll inevitably break them, two identical pieces would be fine. I confirmed the BOGO deal with the online support agent, but when my order shipped it showed only 1 item. My email was met with assurance that both items were on the way. They were not, predictably only one arrived. I will say that the problem was fixed efficiently, they shipped out my second item within a few days. HOWEVER, I've had the BOGO pieces for a few weeks and already broke one. I didn't drop it. It was sitting on the floor, got *tipped over*, and shattered. That's unacceptable quality for glass, even on a BOGO deal. A piece not being able to handle being dropped is one thing - but multiple pieces breaking basically just from being touched wrong? That's a quality issue. I doubt I'll be ordering again.

Love the pieces I received- one arrived broken and customer service was top notch , had it replaced a couple days later… definitely recommend these guys for all your 420 needs !

I contacted about a broken piece that I had received. They promptly responded to my email and asked for a picture. They responded about that receipt as well. I then received an email stating they are replacing the piece. I received it today and it is beautiful and made of excellent quality. Excellent, quick, and efficient customer service. I will gladly purchase again
