Garbage!! Sent me a bunch of cracked pieces messaged them with pictures about it well that was 2 months ago emailed at least a dozen times have not received one response. I'd recommend hemper smoke cartel literally anyone but these guys are a joke.

The glassware looks great, have not used it yet - but you sent the me a lighter with wrong graphics. Ordered the marble graphics and got dollar bills instead - can you make this right?

well I received my water bong today after waiting over 7 days for it to be delivered p,it was cute and smaller than I thought it would be and it leaks but if and when they give me a refund or another kind of bong I'll write back and let you know how it went

The parts are really good doing nice to smoke out of but the prices are really too high and one of them was broken...

Every time I order from here I get about as many free gifts as I do products I pay for. The free gifts are full-sized amazing products that are not on the cheap end and the products I bought were top notch. I will only buy from SmokeMEGA from now on

I realize it is tough for online retailers to compete with the big bullies out there!
I try to support smaller retailers as much as possible, but some do not understand the need to be very flexible with returns, or defective merchandise.
As an online shopper, I have to be confident the retailer will help make returns or replacement easy should that happen.
I really feel like this retailer gets it and at least with my return, was very accommodating.
This type of service is what keeps customers coming back. Plus the quality of what I received so far has been excellent!
