The most shocking service (or lack of) that I’ve experienced in my life. I ordered a replica retro football shirt on 31 July 2025. It’s nearly July 2026, and it still hasn’t arrived. Even worse, after months of piss poor excuses and convoluted emails about transportation issues, someone being off sick, and a host of other nonsense, they started ghosting me in February and haven’t responded to a single message from me, or my wife from her address, since then. Unbelievable SCAMMERS.

Ordered shirt in October 25, it's now June 26, no updated information and they just ignore my emails. Atrocious service.

I ordered my shirt on April 1st 2026, I’m still waiting for my order to be delivered today (June 17th).. I’ve been provided a tracking ID that fails to show me any information. I’ve emailed SM Retro for support and had nothing back.. Avoid at all costs, given the price this trader is not worth wasting your time over!

Do not order from SM Retro you will be ignored, joke of a company happy to take your money !! and then ignore you 11 months since order placed still no shirt received !

Scam. 9 months gone and not arrived. Delay tactics and lack of communication. Avoid like the plague

Thieves. Nothing more to add. Do not consider buying from them no matter how glossy their web site is

Unfortunately I have learned to my cost that this is a company to avoid. I ordered 3 shirts - one never arrived, one was terrible quality and the 2 that arrived were 4 inches smaller than advertised.
I wrote to them multiple times about returning them and getting a refund. They replied once without any substantive information and then disappeared again and in the end, despite giving them numerous opportunities to help, I have had to seek recompense via my credit card.
What a load of hassle. It's a shame because the shirts look good in theory on the website but the shipping and customer service is a disaster, and sometimes the quality too.

I ordered a replica shirt on 18th January 2026. Despite having sent several emails to enquire regarding delivery, there has been no reply since ordering.

I have now contacted my credit card company who now inform me that because the transaction has gone over 120 days, they cannot issue a chargeback i.e. tough you can't have your money back (plus no shirt!)

Some of the reviews are damning, and as I have found out, they are correct. I would carefully think about buying anything from these people.

I’m sick of sending this joke of a company, e-mails with regards to a shirt I ordered last year sometime. I - and others too, it seems - get the ridiculous lie that states ‘your order has been held up because the person who sends the shirts out, has been in hospital, but your order will be sent soon’. They are lying tossers and they need to be avoided.

absolutely shocking service. never realised this was based in Thailand considering the website says Bristol. ordered in a top in March and still awaiting it now in june repeated emails to customer service have been ignored. the original tracking number was just made up. i have raised a conflict with my visa company to recover the money from this scam of a company

If I could give it zero I would. I ordered a top at the beginning of August 2025 for my friend's birthday. It is now end of May 2025 and still nothing despite repeat chasers from myself.
Got some random email at the beginning of the year about the person being in hospital...hope they are better but this shouldn't make the whole company stop. I kept getting responses with no apology so there's more than one person working there. I have asked for a refund multiple times and nothing. Do not buy from the company, they are stealing people's money.

Purchased a England 1976 shirt, for a mates 50th birthday present, order it on the 10/02/26, it cost £38.99, on 19/02/26, had a message the it was on its way, it still has not arrived.
Had an update on 26/03/26 saying the may be some delays because of the war in Iran, but since my order was out for delivery on 19/02/26, that should not have affected it.
I have emailed them3 times but to no avail.
I would definitely not recommend SM Retro, and would personally avoid them like the plague!

Fraud.

This company has no intention of supplying you with anything. I ordered a shirt in October 2025. The tracking information provided was never active on the transit tracking website. I complained several times, finally having a ticket raised in February 2026. Since then, no communication of any kind.

There is one work for this. Theft. This company is only interested in fleecing people for money. The lowest kind of people.

I can only concur with what most others are saying. No sign of the shirt after many, many weeks; no reply to emails and the tracking doesn't work, or the item hasn't been posted.

Maybe the shirt will turn up one day. But my advice is avoid this company.

Shocking service, still waiting for my order from March. No one replies to your emails and the tracking they give you doesn’t work or tell you anything. They could be onto something really good with these vintage tops if they employed more people and used proper shipping methods. Who knows if my top will ever arrive!!

I ordered a LFC shirt at the beginning of October 2025. Over 7 months later and still no shirt. Not a single reply to any emails. This company is a scam. Save your money!

Do not order from here. I paid for a shirt almost a year ago and have not received it. They don’t even have the courtesy to respond to emails!!

It does take approximately 8 weeks to get delivered. But they do tell you when you order. All good when delivered excellent quality

I ordered over a year ago now and still no sign of my item! I’ve emailed numerous times and been told various stories of wrong stamp, delay with posting etc etc. the tracking link never works and the item never arrives. Really disappointed.
