Received random pictures of a child
My first time ordering from this company and I received a few random photos of a little girl I didn't no, I think this is absolutely disgusting, as the pictures I got printed were private pictures of me birthing my son, so has someone received those pictures? Complete breach of privacy and confidentiality.very disappointed
Disaster photo book and insulting customer service
I ordered a photo book for my husband's 60th. I was appalled at the quality. Photos cropped poorly, missing photos, others duplicated, binding coming loose. Just a nightmare dealing with their customer service. The original customer service was understanding but he escalated my complaint to a "supervisor" who basically in a long email placed complete fault on me. She reminded the credit offered from first customer service person. BTW I was professional in my co.mu cation throughout. I felt I would give the. A chance to rectify my disaster of a photo book before I left this review. Instead I got insulted.
Avoid it at all costs: lost my entire photo album after hours of work
I spent hours creating a photo album on the Snapfish website — carefully choosing photos, designing pages, and saving my progress as I went. Then, when I tried to move on to payment, the page never finished loading it. When I refreshed and logged back in, my entire project was gone.
All my work, all the time I spent, completely lost. There was no way to recover the album or even see a saved draft.
The customer service was even more frustrating and disappointing than that. There is just an automatic bot on the website that they say it's a 24h chat, but it's not at all - completely useless. I couldn't even find a support form or email and when I tried to instagram page they directed me again to the "24h chat".

Able to create account but unable to upload photos from phone despite following instructions and getting a confirmation from site that they had been uploaded.
Very poor instructions on how to use software and no ability to get support from customer care.
I am about to delete account and try another site after a couple of hours wasted.
Save your money…avoid
Paid for express shipping. Photos were shipped two days later it’s been over a week. No reply from customer care🤷🏻♂️
‘Express’ shipping with Snapfish means you get charged for express, but recieve less than standard service.
Wish I had read the reviews before downloading the app and wasting my time and money. Back to ‘free prints’much more reliable😊👌
My second order of holiday photos only…
My second order of holiday photos only about 1 week apart. First order came with tracking within 4 days. Decided to order an extra book exactly the same amount as previous order,no tracking number, same postage amount. Contacted them, no order received after 2 weeks, they did refund the postage and now the actual cost of the book. Never received the book. Will not use again, very disappointed as the first book was wonderful. Hesitant to do a re order. Failure on their part. How hard to provide a tracking number to ensure customer receives the product.

Overall I am very happy with Snapfish. Recently I had a problem with some damage and a replacement was ordered. I had never had a damage issue with Snapfish before and this matter was handled well by their chat agent. I just hope that the damage issue was a one-off, because I think the packaging could be more robust.

My dog died suddenly. I, my 11 year old son and my neighbor (who loved my dog) were absolutely devastated. I then ordered a bunch of photos for us all to have around our homes of our beloved Marco. This was ordered 24th May. 2 days before my son's birthday. With no way to contact Snapfish, no email, no phone number, no care given. I finally spent the 30 minutes needed to talk on their stupid chat window whilst they still tried offer me store credit or replacement. But eventually got my refund today. 18th of July. Just do what I'm about to do, people. Go to Officeworks.
Ordered a birthday book for my daughter…
Ordered a birthday book for my daughter with pictures of her with all her pets only to get her on the cover and some randoms wedding photos. Agreed to reprint and send a week after her birthday. No offer of a refund or discount and couldn’t even stretch to resending express post. I ordered specifically to have before her birthday and they still have time if they’d express return but nope they’ll just reprint and my daughter goes without a gift because they’re customer service is so cr*p they won’t express a replacement.

Incredibly poor and slow service. I just wanted one card sent, and ot took three weeks! Snf it cost $13! Moonpig and others take sometimes just 24 hours.
Appalling. I won't use them again.
Oh, and my niece was disappointed that she did not receive her card before, let alone on, her birthday.
Excellent product, customer service and postage time
I cannot understand the negative reviews. I have ordered photobooks from UK and Australia and the product is of excellent quality, exactly as ordered and arrives very quickly. Customer live chat is excellent too. I would give them 5 stars any time.
Absolute rip off - love heart Magnets
Absolute rip off. I ordered 2x love heart magnets and they were $19.95 each. So disappointing and feel ripped off. I will not be ordering from this company again!!!
They aren't good anymore.
I've used Snapfish for some time here and there, this time I decided to order a 50x150cm Canvas that's priced at over $400, the corners had splits as I ordered a oak frame to go with the canvas and the rope that hangs behind had been poorly done with a stapler and there hanging out midway and some that missed entirely and it looks like a caterpillar, it's so tacky and disrespectful, I would of thought ordering a high priced item they'd take thought and consideration and deliver me a promising piece as it's my own photography, I'm not exactly happy with the quality and I'm extremely disappointed in Snapfish, I'll be looking into another company to do prints, all that money and this is the outcome, how would this look of a client requested this and it went to them instead... Id be devastated and out of hundreds.. don't rely on doing business with these guys, they've changed.

Cutting heads off people on magnet order - very disappointing
I ordered a couple of prints, which were fine, and 2 (same pic) small hardboard magnets which had cut off half the head of one of the children in the print. These magnets were $10 each so I would expect that if it seemed like a head would be cut off they would contact me. They would have to know that these magnets were not acceptable as they were and therefore a total waste of $20. Customer service unacceptable.,
Not as good as they used to be...
Have been a Snapfish customer for several years but they are not up to scratch anymore. I think Couriers Please is part of the issue - NOTHING ever comes on time when they use CP. Looking at the reviews, orders placed early Dec and into the first week of Jan are taking much longer than usual with no tracking on some items. Probably won't use again - PLENTY of other options so perhaps they need to get their act together or keep losing customers.
NEVER DEAL WITH SNAPFISH
We ordered some items from Snapfish and the wrong items arrived. I contacted the company and dealt with an incompetent and totally useless sales representative who was absolutely no help at all offering no support or options to solve this issue.
I asked to speak to a manager and was told by this mindless representative that all management were in a meeting and I would have to hold online for TWO HOURS to talk to anyone. Is that supposed to be some kind of joke or simply the totally unprofessional and incompetent attitude by Snapfish management and staff who clearly could not care less about customers?
This useless representative then told me the order mistake was my fault after I had clearly stated what we ordered, seriously how rude and totally unprofessional once again. This company is a COMPLETE RIP OFF supplying poor quality products, sending the incorrect items, basically stealing money for services not supplied and then they lie to cover their own errors.
NEVER DEAL WITH SNAPFISH, stay away from the company they will take your money and rip you off, unethical, unprofessional and incompetent.
Disappointed…
I purchased a Snapfish hardcover photobook as a surprise Xmas present . Received on-time 20 December but am extremely disappointed with the book. Its very small , the 13x18 image on their website is misleading, the photos are small and print quality is not great, I paid extra for the glossy pages and quality is not up to what I expected. $16 postage seems high. All round unsatisfactory and put a dampner on my surprise. I need to go now and buy a better gift!
