I am writing to you to urgently address the issue with my recent purchase of a gaming PC from your company on dec - 8 - 2024. i pay 5099 product received on dec -18 - 2024. Unfortunately, upon receiving the product, I have found that crucial components such as the motherboard, SSD, and RAM are missing from the package.

I have patiently waited for a week for the missing components to be delivered, but to my dismay, no action has been taken on your end to rectify this issue. I would like to bring to your attention that I have not made any EMI payments as of yet, considering the incomplete status of the product I received. Still not resolved my problem they asking emi only

I am compelled to inform you that if the replacement is not processed by tomorrow, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further. I have all the necessary evidence, including audio and video … pls stop my emi

जूता जो आपने भेजा है वो वही जूता नहीं है जो मैंने return किया था। खैर आपने जो भी भेजा है उसे मैंने स्वीकार किया है। और मैंने अपने कहे अनुसार अपना EMI pay कर दिया है। यही काम अगर आप पहले किये होते तो कितना अच्छा होता।जो मुझे मेंटली डिस्टर्ब किये इसका मुझे काफी दुख है। आपलोगो के प्रति मेरा पहला रिव्यु काफ़ी शानदार था, आपलोगो ने मेरा विश्वास और दिल दोनों को तोड़ा है। खैर प्रोडक्ट भेजने के लिए धन्यवाद।

Please don't buy through this app. It is a fraud company, here you will be only duped. I request everyone to please raise FIR's against them.

Worst experience, they started to cheat people I have made my EMI payment by using UPI on the same day they deducted from auto debited I have tried to connect with so many time but no reply from them ..they are frauds...

I paid through the Snapmint app on EMI basis after choosing that option on the product site a couple of days ago. Snapmint deducted the amount but there was no order placed on the product website! Now I’m going back and forth with a “bot” customer care rep over email who sends me responses that are not even related to the issue! The product site has not received any payment and they haven’t received an order but Snapmint has deducted money! They’re cheating consumers in broad daylight! I suggest you don’t purchase anything or make payments through Snapmint!

This snapmint is really a scamming app, never suggest it to anyone, at first they'll give installment in myntra, nykaa and some other shopping websites after then they started duping the customer by taking downpayment amount and not despatching the product you ordered. They will send you a notice to pay pending monthly EMI's dues without sending the product you ordered. Despite the numerous complaints through emails the customer executive never care to resolve the issues you have raised nor refund the amount paid as downpayment....but they will send gift card instead. Now the snapmint team even started sending notice to pay installment claiming to be pending. This app is fraudulent and luring and duping customers. I suggest all the aggrieved customers to give feedback and reviews in Google playstore. Once they received the review in Google playstore they will try to contact you.

I have ordered a product through snapmint.Then as the product delivery was late I cancelled the product.I wrote to snap mint customer care that when I have cancelled the product then why you people are showing installment in my future months.No response.. Complaint raised but never resolved.. Pathetic

Indias most dangerous people snapmint dear friends don't use this app very dangerous people....see i have rise the complent Dec 2nd &14th Complent no: 1327006 but still they have not resolved my issues...but I got message from snapmint EMI will be started Jan3rd... without dilevery the product how they will start the EMI.... very very dangerous people... indias most warest customer care service....chetters 😭😭😭😭 shameless service

The product no receive very bad customer care support

I bought product from amazon thro this snapmint app and they have cut the downpayment and EMI but this people not paying to amazon for that order...when I rejected the order during delivery because of that problem this people fool me by sending voucher later when I don't need that product anymore and also they are not refund the downpayment I have paid and also make me pay unnecessary EMI every month for that order even though of not buying that product...it is all scam don't buy anything from this snapmint, their customer service person when called on they are very rude and no manners, I will just complete my pending EMIs then uninstall this snapmint app

No reply after on-boarding form submission. So reply from IG dm for more than 1 week. If this is the case before on-boarding. I can't believe what will happen if anyone gets them as a BNPL partner. I am surprised how latargic a company can be. So wonder the reviews for this company is sus

I paid off my EMI over 5 months ago, but it still shows up on my CIBIL report, causing issues. Despite numerous attempts to contact Snapmint's support team through their IVR (022-48931351) and all possible emails however I have received no response.

The IVR falsely claims someone will call back within 24 working hours, but it has been over two weeks with no callback. This lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable.

I ordered a gift voucher and didn't received any email . I tried contacting them by all means i.e. email, call, twitter and their escalation google form but got no success. They have the worst customer care service i ever crossed across.

This is very dirty, the customer service is not giving any answer, they are keeping me on the call line and disconnecting it, it has been more than 2 hours

Do not even think of purchasing anything from them . You would never be able to track your order, they give incorrect tracking details. You would never get the order delivered on time. And most importantly, you would not be able to speak to a live agent on their call centre because they have not given this option on the IVR. So you"ll be a frustrated customer not sure what to do next.

Fraud company. Not refunding the amount even after several follow ups. Never received any email or reply to emails.

Worst experience no refund will be received from Snapmint worst customer service experience no main no proper communication never ever going to use this in future fraud.
