SnapNames, name of SCAM according my experince
First, sorry my English is not good.
**Note: All reviews according to my experience with them. And I'm using and I've used tons of different service providers, websites, tools, and systems. So like other's explorers, I know tons of different service providers, websites, tools, and systems.

**Review Part 2: I'm writing this review after opening a ticket on SnapNames regarding my issue and I asked them why they charge me?
And They didn't respond with the proper info, instead, they responded in ticket and inform me to verify the account by providing more details like a passport and other things. What kind of professionalism?
**And WOW, in the same response in the ticket, they inform me that my account is suspended, without proper notice and they want me to verify my account with more and more info like passport and other things. What? This how SnapNames treat me in the wrong way.
**Note: They didn't inform me for further verification via email or any other notification after created my account. What a shame system.
**Also, I ask them to delete my account, because I've no interest after all that. I'm worried about my MasterCard info which I've used on their site. OMG. In their system, there is no way to remove MasterCard info. Totally SCAM system.

Review Part 1: Normally I do not write bad reviews. But sometimes writing the review is necessary.
I can write some things about SnapNames which seem totally SCAM. According to my experience.
**I've created an account on SnapNames to try their features and all, and I noticed that they charge me via my MasterCard without any reason. What a shame.
**They are required to add MasterCard info while creating an account, which is totally unnecessary. When needed, I can use my payment method, there is no necessary to add a Payment method on account creation.
**After all these, I want to delete my account. But I noticed that, they don't have an account delete option. What is this? I feel very angry.
Their support is very poor, late response, and not helpful.
Their full of dashboard and information is totally misleading and unclear. Very unprofessional, limited, and more
I highly recommend avoiding their service. There is lots of good services which is much better than SnapNames.

When it matters they are hopeless
I had an account with these guys for many years and was asked to update my credit card. This I did but in the process I decided not to bother with the account as I have not had any use for it in years and a lot of the services are provided by Domain hosting Companies. When I said to close it they refused until i had provided photo ID and 5 of a variety of them? These were not even asked on opening the account but closing it? They allowed me into the account to update the credit card details but will not just simply close it. Do not risk opening an account with these guys and certainly do not provide ID's as well as credit card information. Customer service is provided by a robot that spews out the same text whatever you write to them. No personal service in fact no service at all. If you want to bid for a Domain you need I would not trust a Company that acts like this!
