I ordered from them on 6/12/24! Package was out for delivery on 6/26/24! Tracking then said insufficient address! Contacted the post office and the mailing label is fraudulent and under investigation! They messaged me back and referred me back to tracking! They have not answered me back! DON’T DO IT!!

Do NOT order anything from this company. I received a two piece outfit that looked nothing like the online image. The material was completely different and it could fit a toddler. When I reached out for a refund, they offered to send another for $18! Who does that? The other option was to send it to China to get a refund when the return address on the package is in Maryland. I will be posting this anywhere I see their advertisement.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! I would have given them zero stars, but I had to pick one. Purchased a pair of jeans that were $69. I read their return policy that said I'm entitled to a refund within 30 days of receiving item. I wear a 16 which is usually a 1x but per their size chart, I should select a 2X. Received item from an address in NY. In order to get a refund, I had to email them (red flag). They sent me an address to return to China and I would be responsible for shipping. No where on their refund policy states that you would have to ship items back to China which we all know is expensive, probably more than the item itself. I should be able to return it to the address it was shipped from in NY which would be a lot less expensive. They also advised that I could just given the item to a friend and they would refund me $10.00. Emailed them back that their refund was not acceptable. They then offered me a $30.00 refund which was their final offer. BAD BUSINESS! I had no choice but to accept that and keep an item that I cannot wear. To say that i am LIVID is an understatement. Do not support this business. They should state that their items have to be returned internationally instead of the address it was shipped from. They don't reveal that info because they know consumers would not buy from them.

I ordered from them over 2 weeks ago. I have not received an email and they have a “delivered” status but I never received any items. I filed a complaint with the FTC and requested an investigation

Glad I came to the reviews before purchasing. Before I buy from any site, I look at their return policy and I noticed their policy isn’t clear. It says one thing then switches up once you keep reading. That was a red flag. 🚩

Yup hate to say it but I didnt read these reviews and got scammed myself. $49.00 took forever to come and dress that looked like my kid made it. Tried to send it back and told me I had to send it back to China. Lesson learned no more FB shopping for me.

I placed an order on May 9, 2024, and never received the item. Got a confirmation email from them saying it was delivered on 5/22/24, but I never received my package. I included my correct address. I have reached out to them at the email address provided, 3X, including today, and have not heard back from them yet. No resolve. I advise do not order from them EVER!
While writing this review I just noticed that the contact email I was provided is not the same as the one below. I will try that contact email and see what happens, but not looking forward to hearing from anyone, on pun intended. THIS SITE SUCKS!

Please do not order. Refunds are not with ease. They will only refund 10% of the entire order.
So I ordered two items totaling over $70. They sent the wrong dress. When I reached out customer service wanted to give me $15 to keep it. You are responsible for sending items back to China. They were not helpful at all. All they care about is scamming you doing anything to keep the money. They refunded $36. My order was $74 and I never received the 2nd item. Gave me some excuse that item is out of stock and restocking fee. So I’m responsible for restocking fee for an item I never ordered.

Please, Please don't order from this company.
The merchandise looks very CHEAP , not true to Size.
Company displays free rtn in 30 days, items have to be shipped to CHINA making it difficult to return.
Save your Time ans Money on purchases.

Cheap clothing and their return policy is not as described. First, it took almost 6 weeks to get my items, one is still missing. They are all super cheap and way too small. Terrible quality. Second, to return, you have to send the items back to China. Bad experience all around.

This company is a scam, they screenshot a picture of me from one of my live videos and put their website on my picture of me advertising for my own boutique! I have them blocked and restricted so please don’t be fooled.

My review is no different from the others... an international company (credit card charge indicates "UK") selling subpar merchandise (that ships from China) luring customers (particularly Black customers) through advertisements of Black women in trendy fashion.

I've concluded this company steals real photos/videos from legit sellers and use them on their social media pages/website as their own.

I don’t normally do reviews but this store is a damn thief! First thing they are advertising products that they don’t have and when your order comes it’s totally different, looks nothing like what is being advertised! This is why I NEVER buy from these vendors! When asked about the product and why it’s different from what being advertised, I got no reply. Lesson learned!

I ordered twice within 2 days. Both orders was supposed to have sent to wrong address. The I got 2 items from the first oder after a month. My second order I haven't received. The keep responding that it was delivered. I showed them my postal deliver fir the date they claimed it was delivered. I still haven't received after 2 months of emailing 2-3 times a week. I wouldn't buy a bone for my dog from this company.

I wouldn't even give them a star. The items are not what is advertised on their site. I live in California and it took me two weeks before I received anything. I wish I had waited before I made a second order. The items were all cheap looking, and not what the women were wearing. None of the items came with tags. After reading some of the reviews, I wish I saw this before I purchased. The return is supposed to go back to overseas, but the order supposedly came from a seller in Illinois at least the first package. The second package came from college point New York. These people need to be ashamed. And Facebook, who I got the information from needs to shut them down before more people get caught in a scam. Do not recommend ever.

Cheap merchandise, this is a scam they send you merchandise that is cheap and you can not get your money back because you must request for a refund via email, good luck with that because no one will reply....the item was shipped from a College Point, Queens address being that I very close by I stopped by only to find vacant spot smh....when I get home I'll post the address that's on the shipping label and do your own research

🛑 🤚🏽 This is a Chinese website, which wouldn’t be a problem if it was transparent. They use woman of color models to reel you in. The address listed is just that an address.

These items are coming from China. I didn’t know this upon ordering. I ordered a camouflage Jumpsuit on 2/16 and I didn’t receive it until 4/06. I was sending emails and posing on their site and was never able to contact anyone. When I received the item it was a two piece 😡 I’m so beyond pissed off, but lesson learned.

I understand others have had better experiences but this was mine and they will never ever get my coins again. Dealing with Asian clothing sites NEVER workout for me. Either the items marked large end up being a size 4 or the item never reaches you when you need it for. And please let’s not even get into trying to return it.

Order never arrived. Contacted seller to let them know it showed as undeliverable per the tracking information. However, my address on my order confirmation was correct and the issue was clearly on their side. The USPS returned the order to them because of this. So I'm out of $$ and the clothing. Very disappointing. Stay away from this company. I am waiting on a refund. I should've checked the reviews before I ordered. Also reporting to the BBB.

I was taken for $48.98. I ordered the Stay Chic Camo Cargo Jumpsuit.
