The Denim Poncho, ordered in early December….Now mid January…NOTHING!! How is this so called company allowed to post This FAKE advertisement!! Lesson Learned, expensive, but NEVER AGAIN!!😳

Placed an order mid-December and still haven’t received any merchandise. My card has been charged so I followed up with customer service directly over the course of 13 emails. A representative said my package was intercepted by the Postal Service due to mislabeling. They offered to re-ship the package, but unwilling to expedite it, then they told me some of the items were out of stock, and they were waiting to restock items. I’ve been going back-and-forth with customer service for my package or refund. at this point I’ll take it up with my credit card company. Do not order from these thieves!!! Deceptive business practices never wins, but carry on!!

I ordered two jumpsuits from the company. I wanted to return them because I have lost so much weight due to breast cancer. They are asking me to pay to ship them back to China which is very expensive. I had no idea I would have to return the items to China . It is never stated in the return policy. I am so hurt . They offered me an option to give the clothes to a friend and they will return 20,00. Then they offered me 40,00. I have lots of medical bills and I am on a fixed income. I really need my money . I paid them in good faith and
this is the way they do business . I going to do whatever is necessary as far as hiring a lawyer to get my money back I am tired of being scammed

I ordered a RED WHITNEY SET and it's too damn small. I want to send it back and they suggested I keep it or give to a friend. I WANT my refund. How unprofessional and the nerve of them. Also I ordered the Oversized Denim Comic Jacket on November 27 and still have not received it either. I will NEVER!!! EVER!! order from them again and I'm having my bank card changed incase they try some STUFF!!!

Contacting the company and going back and forth. They first offer a $10 refund then a $20 dollar refund. All I wanted was the product that was advertised and was very disappointed when I saw that it was a cheap knock off. They anlao requested that I return it to China at my expense, but the videos annd their Facebook page says they are in Washington. Also no contact info to call them either. They could at least make it right and send what was ordered.THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

I purchased a jumpsuit and received a two piece that was not the what I had ordered. It was a poorly made replica of what was pictured in their website. I contacted them to provide me with a return label so I can sent it back since they sent the wrong item. There has been a lot of going back and forth with them offering for me to keep it and get $10, then keep it and get $20. This has yet to be resolved since they are not willing to send me a return label and fully refund their error. More to follow.

Scam- the items are not as appears. It’s a not well made knockoff of the advertised item. Cheaply made, missing buttons, very thin, and if you try to return the item for a refund, you will be asked to return it to China out of your own pocket. If you choose to shop here, please note that the shipping time is about 2 months from the time you order.

All items came to me and nothing was the size it appeared to be. I sent an email to return items and I need to return them to some place in China. Attempting to file a complaint with the better business bureau and contacting my credit card company as well.

The item I ordered, the video used to advertise and market was clearly taken from somewhere else. They are a scam. I've been trying to email them for a refund, and I'm being ignored. They sent me a system generated reply that showed indication that they are based out of China. Do not order from this boutique.

I ordered 2 pair of pants. They were nothing like the pic absolutely nothing. I contacted the company via email same day. And as everyone else said they tried to give me a $18 refund because of the shipping to China. I wish I would’ve did more research this company is definitely a scam!!!!!

This company deserves a zero star. It’s a scam and they should be ashamed of their act. I never received the item that I ordered from them

Never again. Poor customer service. Clothes are cheap. That’s what I get for trying to support black businesses.
Terrible. August 3, ordered 3 kimonos, one came. By end of September, had to inquire where rest of order was to be told to order something else. Lesson learned. If I could give no stars, I would.

I really didn’t want to give this company 1 star! Do NOT order from this company! They are scammers! When you order something they will send you clothing that was made the cheap way. It’s not the right material and is very cheaply made. When you inquire about receiving a refund they will offer you $10 and tell you to keep the items as if they’re doing you a favor. When you don’t accept that they will stop communicating with you. They also tell you if you want a full refund then to have to send it back to China when the shipping address is clearly a US address and they know the shipping will be extremely expensive. So do yourself a favor and don’t order from this bogus website!

The clothes are a knock off cheaply made do jot buy clothes from them i thought clothes were in the us only to find they're in another location so im finding this is a drop company which seems they get your order then clothes come from guessing china so won't be messing with this company again smh beware

Company is deceitful on social media sites, stating they ship from US/Seattle, when they really ship from China. You can get a refund however you have to mail the items back to China, which is very expensive so they will offer you to keep the items and just give you a small portion of what you spent. 20% The clothes run small yet the post the wrong measurements and state run true to size. On their website it was posted they are based in US. Some of the items are not even close to what was pictured
