Could not recommend them more!
We are absolutely thrilled with the bundle we ordered for our pup! Every item arrived beautifully packaged, and it felt so thoughtful and personalised - clearly prepared with care.
We accidentally ordered the wrong harness size, but when I reached out to Sniff and Bark, their response was incredibly prompt and generous. They sent out the correct size at no extra cost and kindly suggested we donate the original to a friend or local shelter - no return needed.
Janica from customer service has been exceptional, and I couldn’t be happier. I’ll definitely be recommending this company to others!

I have researched for a suitable reliable brand for my puppy's first collar and leash. From many great quality brands I've used in the past sniff and bark has to be my favourite 😍 the quality is to high standard, from the material to the beautiful design of the products. I absolutely love the set and could not reccommend sniff and bark enough.

UNBREAKABLE COLLARS THIS IS UNTRUE
Poor quality collars that are misleading in how they are marketed. Customer service is also shocking. I purchased in September 24 and contacted them not long after this within a couple of months as the collar had become very worn. Then the second collar we had started to do the same thing. I sent several unanswered emails, including trying to contact the owner on Facebook and finally receive a response on Instagram months later.
Despite all of this they did not refund or offer to send a replacement. They offered a small discount and not very friendly with their responses and no accountability for their lack of response.
I will not shop here again. The current patterns are the only great thing about this company
Edit: I have now been offered a refund but I can’t see any replies in my email that are claimed to have been sent I have searched for them too. Thanks for the refund

I have used Sniff and Bark a lot for my wee dog Amelie and we both have been more than satisfied over the years. I have many harnesses for her and pretty flower collars for show only as well as coats. Never was i dissatisfied with the products or the service. Thank you to Sniff and Bark.

I have been a loyal customer of Sniff and Bark for 2 years now. all my dog cute harnesses, leashes and sets throughout different seasons are sniff and bark; great quality and styles. We often get stopped by strangers to inquire where his sets are from. When we had slight hiccups with sizing and delayed shipments, the team always went above and beyond to make it right. I am on my 4th set of collars for 2 dogs!! I love the durability combined with cuteness! The engraving is so nice not to have to have another tag for ID.
I get compliments every day from their cute bowties. The quality is better than anything I’ve tried for years!

Super cute items
Collars and bow tie were super cute. Never had any problems. They even sent me a coupon for $25 dollars off( i think 25) for being a repeat customer. Its a small business and sometimes snags happen. Sorry to see the bad reviews/ they dont deserve them.

I couldn't be more pleased with the collars and leash I bought from Sniff & Bark. They construct each product beautifully with high quality materials. Plus I can't overstate the adorableness of the bows and flowers... They look so cute on my dog. The one time I had a question an executive contacted me to answer, not a customer service agents. They have a wonderful FB group where people share the antics of their pets and ask product questions. The volunteer moderators always do their best to make sure concerns are seen by the right people in a timely manner. My dog couldn't be prouder (ok, it's me that's proud) to sport such cute accessories from an all female owned business.

As soon as they receive your payment/$$ they will ghost you and not respond to any emails (which is the only way to contact them). And if you’re lucky to get your shipment it will take 3 weeks to get. Just a complete mess!
