Tracy was a superb compere for the recent Strictly Banbury shows. She is so natural and comfortable in front of an audience, bringing humour and professionalism to make the show run without a hitch.
It was great to see her smiling, and working the crowd.

I got to know Tracy the year she gave up alcohol and joined our charity event Strictly Banbury as a Local Hero.
I then invited Tracy to be on our judging panel another year and she was great and encouraging to the participants a true professional .
This year our usual compare let us down for the busiest session 2 shows !
I asked Tracy if she would like to compare for us , she had not done this before but I knew she would do a professional job. She studied the scripts , watched our usual compare took notes. She was a superb compare working with us backstage and our stage manager , filled in with the audience when required - a true professional, looking stunning and interactive with audience and judges .

So glad we had tickets to see the charity event Strickly Banbury ...Tracey was perfectly placed to be Host. Never watch TV Strickly but my daughter and i had so much fun. We were so impressed by absolutely everyone who was involved, what a commitment. Tracey came across as such a natural Host, with her personality really making those in between performances moments entertaining. She was so vivacious, fun and confident, and i have to say, completely unflustered by the little hiccups; styling these out with humour. She switched well between high energy and sparkle to toning this down when content was more focused on why we were all there.

I had the pleasure of attending the Strictly Banbury charity event hosted by Tracy.

She was a fabulous host - full of energy, warmth, and charisma. Tracy kept the audience engaged with plenty of participation and fun, making everyone feel part of the experience. She brought entertainment and laughter, creating a brilliant atmosphere throughout.

She also handled last-minute changes and technical issues effortlessly, ensuring everything ran smoothly.

I looked into so many groups , all seemed, just too large & not personal enough for me. After joining Sober Glimmers, I realised I had found a group where you really feel like you are out with a group of like minded women , chatting about how you feel & having a connection , there is no judgement & what you say really does matter. It’s positive group counselling !! Tracy brings us together, with daily inspirations & group calls. Her enthusiasm & optimistic attitude is infectious!!

I had a series of coaching with Tracy to support me in settling into a new role and pursuing my career goals. The sessions were invaluable in helping me identify what I wanted and the steps I needed to take to achieve it. During my time with Tracy I had several breakthroughs at work and my relationships with colleagues also improved.
Tracy provided me with a space to think and reflect and gently held me accountable which was just what I needed. Tracy is friendly and has bags of enthusiasm and energy. She is passionate about supporting women whether that be in becoming sober or achieving the most out of life when they get there. I thoroughly recommend Tracy and her coaching.

Tracy and her Sober Glimmers concept highlights the joy and excitement of embarking on this new opportunity to ditch the booze. Especially focused on us ladies she provides loads of encouragement and practical tips in a kind and respectful manner without making anyone feel judged or patronised. Whilst acknowledging that booze is all around us & part of our culture Tracy uses facts & science to show the reasons why the plonk might not be serving you as well as it used to and if you feel it’s time for a change what to do about it without it becoming a punishment. Most of all Tracy is a beacon for how much fun another way without the wine can be and makes you want to give it a go.

Before I started my 1:1 coaching with Tracy I felt unsure of what I was doing and worried about taking on a much bigger role at work.
During the 5 sessions we broke down what the issues were and very quickly I realised that I was more than capable of taking on the new role at work. I was just unsure of the unknown!
We talked at length about the importance of getting balance at work and implemented a weekly family Sunday where I block out the day and prioritise and hang out with my family! I felt that more boundaries were in place for me to balance work and life.
As a coach Tracy is patient, curious and kind and we always had a laugh too in our sessions! She always encouraged me to come up with solutions that worked for me and to this day I still stick to them. Thank you Tracy for giving me the boost that I needed! xx

Tracy is building a wonderful and supportive community with lovely ladies. Tracy is warm, welcoming and uplifting and sings about sobriety from the rooftops.
Tracy is very much involved in the community, she posts every day and is on nearly every video call, there are weekly and weekend support calls to share experiences and ask for and give advice as well as monthly coaching calls with Tracy and calls with special guests. There is also in person meet ups. Before joining Sober Glimmers the longest I could go without a drink was about 5 weeks, I am now coming up to 9 weeks sober. I would thoroughly recommend Sober Glimmers.

I joined Sober Glimmers as a repeat offender.. falling on and off the wagon.. I have tried going it alone many, many times and it does not work for me, I need support, encouragement and guidance, all of which come in bucket loads in this community. A truly supportive safe place to be with an abundance of experience to draw upon.

Tracy is an inspiring, warm, positive, attentive, hilarious, encouraging, down-to-earth, grounded and nurturing individual and coach.

She uses her wide-ranging experience in broadcasting and a breadth of life experience to really focus on what I need. She creates a safe space for me to explore my circumstances, respects my neurodiversity, and has adapted our sessions smoothly so they meet me where I am.

I cannot emphasise enough how much Tracy is changing my life: after every session I feel inspired, light, ambitious, grounded and powerful. No matter the size or nature of your goal, be it big, small, ambitious, random or precise, Tracy is right by your side, supporting and guiding you all the way with a huge smile and bright encouraging eyes.

Tracy has created such a vibrant and uplifting community with Sober Glimmers. I was eager to join as I’m almost 3 years alcohol free and liked the whole ethos of it. Tracy has a positivity about her that shines through the whole community, and this is a huge plus at times where you’re needing a lift. The discussion calls are fantastic for meeting other women making the same positive lifestyle changes. Whether you’re needing support navigating alcohol free life, or you want to share advice and success with others who ‘get it’, I’ve found it all here!

Tracy has created a wonderful AF community! Full of positivity, connection & inspiration. At nearly 2 years into my AF lifestyle & confident in my decision, I still hugely value the connection with likeminded ladies & sharing with each other how our lives have improved & continue to improve! Tracy provides a lot of content & food for thought. I see Tracy providing & offering lots of support & inspiration to newly AF members. It’s funny I was always someone that felt that coaching and support was something I provided and not something I needed. Tracey changed my mind. She was there at a point in my career where I needed her the most. Probably not at the beginning but throughout the process, her help has changed my life significantly. She showed me my worth which I don’t think I had seen for many years. I have now changed jobs after a 23 year career for a company that can see my worth and I feel so much stronger and prouder of myself.
