This was my second time I did the course.
Since I did my first in October 2023, my life changed and getting better and better in all the aspect: work, relationships, family and helping to go deeper with my meditations.

this is my third and big time transformation _ I did went deep deeper and deepest and it’s like to read the same book and every time see different point according to your actual moment in your life. Defining where are you and who you are…

As someone who has spent many years cultivating a personal growth and self care practice, I am not quick to onboard new programs. I found the seminar to be incredibly mindful, deep, and exceptionally well-facilitated.
