We started using SN after becoming increasingly frustrated with our old agency. We felt there was more scale on the table but our agency at the time had every excuse under the sun for why we could not scale further.

I've worked with over 100+ agencies that specialise in Facebook Ads and I can honestly say socialnucleus are the BEST. When it comes media buying. Communication with the team is 247, consistent results for months on end, they provide a bunch of support outside of the account too. I will always stick with this team because they truly care about your business and work around the clock to make sure that targets are met.

Most agencies off load the work to beginners who haven't got a clue about running an account.

I have been working with the guys at Social Nucleus now for almost 12 months and they have successfully managed to improve revenue and profit across our paid social accounts. The creativity of our ads has significantly improved and is always on brand.

I began working with Social Nucleus in the summer of 2022 with the aim of increasing my sales through Meta and Google Ads. Unfortunately, I have not seen any improvement in sales, despite communicating my concerns to the team multiple times. To combine matters, I recently discovered that my website's Facebook pixel was sending data to a deleted account, which the team failed to check and they were aware that I have an account which I had to delete. As a busy individual, I hired Social Nucleus to manage these aspects for me and trusted that they were experts in their field. I clearly communicated my situation and provided full access to all relevant accounts, including my website, when we started working together.
I find it unacceptable that this issue was not caught and monitored, especially considering the high cost of services at £2000+VAT per month. Furthermore, during a recent review with a Meta specialist, a lot of areas for improvement were identified, and I was left feeling disappointed. I trusted Social Nucleus to deliver results, but it appears that they let me down. The promised end-of-service document was never received, and I had to constantly follow up with the team throughout our partnership.
Overall, I regret partnering with Social Nucleus as I feel that I have wasted a significant amount of money on services that were not managed at all, and the opportunity is even higher for me. I have decided to leave a review as I reached out to the director with my concerns, but my email was forwarded to someone else almost three weeks ago and I have not received a response since. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend working with this company. While their initial pitch may be impressive, they have proven unable to deliver results and have consumed a significant amount of budget beyond what was initially agreed upon.

P.S. I posted my previous review with my personal TrustPilot account, so they managed to take it down.So I am sending more information to Trustpilot to prove that my review is genuine, that I am treir genuine customer. They started calling me only after my review, but at this stage what they can do.. I lost money and had no results.. so it is important for me to share this experience with other business owners.
