I have found the customer service team to be very professional. I feel very comfortable in dealing with them. They take their time to listen to my issues and resolve them with expert advice.

My 2-3 year old soda stream stopped working suddenly. I googled troubleshooting and tried to figure out the problem myself. Finally gave up and called customer service. I’m expecting they are going to tell me nothing to be done and to pitch the unit.
Well, to my surprise I spoke to a “human” who walked me through some attempted fixes and then determined I needed a new power cord which is being mailed to me. Very patient and polite individual, imagine my surprise. 😁
Can’t say enough. I am not typically a person who leaves reviews. So there..

Initial Review:
I purchased the generic orange SodaStream classic drink mix from Canadian Tire and found the quality to be quite poor. The taste does not resemble Orange Crush or any other recognizable brand. Unfortunately, I will be discarding it. This was very disappointing.

After speaking with a customer service representative, Loina, I appreciate the care she took in addressing my concerns. She was thorough and genuinely focused on resolving the issue. Thanks to her efforts, I now feel the matter has been satisfactorily resolved.

My agent Mika was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Her responses were timely and accurate. Mika is exactly what a customer appreciates when dealing with a company employee, the ideal representative. Congratulations to Mika as well as to SodaStream for hiring such a quality individual!

Contacted about a bad tasting syrup purchased from store. Sent an email with info, contacted promptly and issue resolved. Replaced item and 15% off already on sale items with free shipping. All handled in a week.

Website was very easy to navigate, response to my query was prompt, polite and issue resolution quick and painless. Will continue to order the product here, it is a great product, and saves me money!

I had an issue with my eterra that Sodastream solved immediately with fantastic support!

We had a bit of a mix-up with my order, due to both Sodastream and my part. Ultimately, they could have legally put the blame on me and that would be that! But…they did not! They refunded my order and told me to keep the order. I am beyond impressed how well they dealt with my order. I have since placed my original order again and expect no problems. Thank you Sodastream!

I absolutely love.the subscription service. I had an issue with one of my canisters. When I contacted customer service they promptly corrected the issue. I absolutely recommend this service.

Ny Aina was super patient with me as I try to figure out how to do the live video. Ny was very polite and well mannered at all times. Ny also took the time to explain things to me instead of rushing me off the phone. Ny should be the example of how Customer service should be.
