My first SoFar show: A sky high experience
This was my first SoFar show. Wow! I loved the music in the incredible mountain top environment. I have gained an appreciation for local talent and want to support it in the future. I will definitely be going to more SoFar shows.

Good music but poor organisation
Good artists and nice venue. The organisation was bizarre as no one checked the tickets and the bar shut 30 minutes into the event. People were frequently coming in who heard the music and wanted to stop and listen. That’s fine but made me question why I’d bought a ticket. Probably would not go again

Magical location, but...
Magical location. First singer Noala - fantastic. The Silver Wye's - why? Really an old fashioned sound and weak. Final couple...OK-ish. A balladeer and a pianist....they didn't quite land. Disappointed with the quality of the last two acts. Can't understand quite why they were billed, especially the Silver Wye's, as there was nothing new or original in their sound.

The first event was amazing and this…
The first event was amazing and this one not so much. It didn’t feel as intimate or raw/unplugged and there were fewer artists which made me truly want to give a two… I get there are tech issues sometimes but it felt some could have been alleviated. Although it is a space to showcase new talent it felt too new. It felt as if they were not confident beyond the auto tune. They were clearly talented but not ready for that setting. Hoping they come back w their voice as the solid and the sounds they make as the background.

Rooftop sunset concerts can't be beat
Sofar concerts are some of the best shows I've been to. The rooftop show was an incredible experience. Seeing the Vancouver skyline as a backdrop to 3 incredible artists is an experience I can't stop talking about.
